Ordered a pickup through the app. Arrived a couple of minutes past the ready time. I was asked to wait as it was not ready. 40 minutes later it was ready. The fries were cold and soggy and the sandwiches were only warm. This type of service has been consistent at this location.

Well, today decided to try Church’s Chicken after a long, long time!!! What a Bad Decision! FIRST, We couldn’t order at the speaker…we had to drive to the window….And had to Rush and try to decide what to get! THEN, The potatoes had a very small amount of gravy! The tenders looked like it was for a KIDS MEAL! We had NO utensils to eat with, NO Napkins, NO ketchup! THEN, We had to ask for our peppers which we ordered and paid for! This definitely has been a TERRIBLE Experience! NO MORE Church’s Chicken for me! This was not worth $20! Don’t waste your money! Worst Food Ever! DEFINITELY NOT LIKE IT USE TO BE!

My mom has been wanting mashed potatoes and I wanted apple pie for dessert. I received my online order quickly the food was still warm. I ordered 12 pieces of fried chicken all dark. Sides fried okra , mashed potatoes with gravy. 4 honey buttered biscuits and 1/2 gallon of sweet tea. Everything was good no complaints at all

I recently ordered the following:
• A 10-piece special for $12.99 (spicy chicken)
• Two 2-piece specials for $2.99 each (spicy chicken)
• Two large mashed potatoes
• One large okra
• One large drink
I waited between 45 minutes to an hour for my food. Despite the delay, I waited patiently, expecting fresh, high-quality food. Unfortunately, this was not the case.
When I arrived home, I discovered the following issues:
1. My chicken was regular, not spicy as I specifically ordered for all items.
2. The mashed potatoes were not filled to the top as they usually are.
3. The okra was not hot and did not seem freshly cooked.
After calling to report these issues, I was informed that the chicken would only be replaced if I returned all of it, even though I had already eaten two pieces due to being hungry after the long wait. I explained that I couldn’t return immediately as I had to rely on someone else for transportation. I had gone out of my way to visit your restaurant, bypassing several others because I love your spicy chicken.
Additionally, the employee I spoke with was dismissive and unhelpful. Rather than offering an apology or attempting to rectify the situation, she became defensive and suggested it was my fault for eating some of the chicken. I felt this was poor customer service, especially since the mistake was on your end.
I am a loyal customer and have been visiting Church’s Chicken almost daily for the past month and a half. I am deeply disappointed in this experience, both in terms of the quality of food and the attitude of the staff.
