Umm Church’s what happened my dude??? This chicken used to be like crack. Not no moe! The service was excellent tho. The ladies behind the counter were amazing. They worked in sync to get the orders in the lobby and drive thru out fast.

They don’t talk loud enough at the speaker box you can’t hear him in the drive through. last time I ordered they screwed my order up and then wanted to charge me for what they forgot to put in my order.
If they could just listen to what you’re saying and read up correctly it would be OK. And I’m really mad they took the glaze off of the hot apple pies that was one of the best parts that made them taste so good. I’ve gone to Church’s 2 times and both times they messed up my order and then they even forgot my biskets.. The photos show what fries cost and what you get. They even gave me the wrong dipping sauce.

I don’t really care for Church’s chicken. I do, however, love there sides. I ordered a small bomber, small okra and a glazed biscuit. Everything was hot. The okra has no salt on it causing it not to taste as good. They put it all in the same box and turned the box on it’s side. So, most of my okra ended up in the biscuit icing. The workers were nice enough but didn’t pay enough attention to detail for me to give it a higher rating.
***I ordered the wing meal. They were fried so hard and crunchy that I was unable to eat them. The bombers were fried too long. Three of the 4 had the cheese fried out of them. Terrible!!!

I just recently bought from Churches. I paid for 6 biscuits and only 4. I bought from the Churches on Airline and I live in Coushatta, which is about an hour away. So I couldn’t just drive up there and get my biscuits that they left out of my order. All of the Churches down South put alot of HONEY and whatever else they put on them, they taste very good. But when I buy them from up here in North Louisiana they are never as sweet and as good as they are down South…

This used to be one of the best places to eat. But, the chicken I received today was absolutely horrible. It was cold, half done, and soggy. This was not my first, but is definitely my last time eating here. I expected better. Maybe it’s the I don’t give a care because I’m not eating it attitude. The okra was good and hot though. I ordered it because they had to make it fresh. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have gotten it. Clean it up Church’s!
