When we order chicken, this is where we go. It is usually busy so the service gets limited sometimes because they are all trying to help. We dont go to Church’s to sit down and have a meal. We go to get our good food and go home and eat. The food hasn’t disappointed me yet.

Drive thru order tonight. Ordered 2 five piece tenders. They gave me 1 with two pieces, and the other with 3 pieces. Only noticed after I got home. Both spicy. I did not ask for spicy. They were out of sweet tea at 7:15pm.

I did a pickup order, when I arrived my order wasn’t ready yet. I was told 3 minutes and the chicken would be ready. I was fine waiting, it was hard to hear in there though because their big fan that was going was very loud. I assume the building either doesn’t have A/C or it couldn’t keep up with the high heat it’s been outside here. Either way, the employees were all working together to finish orders and everyone was very helpful. I felt bad for how how the building was, so I hope they can get that fixed for their employees. The food was all very hot and fresh. This was my first time ever having church’s and I was Very impressed! I will be back.

We visited Bossier, LA and since we don’t have a Church’s anymore in AL, we decided to stop in. The cashier was super friendly. I regret that I didn’t get her name. We chatted like we were old friends. The food was hot and very good. So glad we stopped in and when we visit again… we’ll definitely make a stop here. Thank you for the great service and food!

This place is disgusting. I went 2x. First time they didn’t have majority of the food I was requesting.
2x I went, I waited 5minutes to order with know one in front of me. When I got to the cash register window the worker was making their own PERSONAL sandwich AT THE COUNTER infront of the window.

The food was eatable but not delicious. It was dry and bland. Church’s biscuits are one of the best but not at this location. In Texas they make Church’s better. I wouldn’t want anyone coming here for terrible chicken.

The worst service! The girls at the drive thru speaker are extremely rude! They make you feel like your a burden while ordering. They huffed through the speaker and laughed at me as if I was a joke. They cut me off every time I’d say something and wouldn’t even let me finish ordering, I got to the window and I tried finishing my order at the window and I could tell they didn’t like that at all. They pretty much threw my drinks at me and threw my food at me, didn’t look at me or even acknowledge me at all. They forgot to give me straws and the food was terrible. I spent $43.00 here and none of it was worth it. My chicken was all old and dried out and the strips were itty bitty. Like scraps. And the fries were so old. I had fried okra pieces in my fries. Not sure how that happened. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

During normal meal times, especially dinner the wait can be long. But the chicken + jalapeño combo (gotta order separately) is delicious and my go to. The biscuits aren’t the best here, kind of over cooked, but they’re still good. I they forgot my biscuits on a drive thru order but gave it to me when I (kindly) asked about it a day later. Kindly is important to emphasize because its easy to be rude when there’s no need to be. Only thing I wish they had are the BBQ wings/boneless wings that the ones in Memphis sell. That stuff is so greasy and oily but so darn good.

It was only 9pm and they only had 2 sides corn and dirty rice the chicken wasn’t hot it was very dry the sides didn’t seem fresh at all and I believe they close at 10pm. Should t you have more sides heated up you have an hour to go. And for $54 I think we should have had much better choices and fresh food.
