Jeremiah was very rude. I was not greeted at the drive thru ordering station. He just said “It will be 15 minutes on chicken” aI then asked if he was talking to me, he then yes he was. I stated I was picking up a mobile order and needed to place another order. He told me to drive around. I stated I need to place another order and he said I would have to drive back around and I asked why when I was already there. He was rude when I got to the window and had an airport in his ear. When I asked for the manager he lied and said he was. I asked if the lobby was open so I didn’t have to drive back around he said it was closed and as I was driving around he had his “friend” that didn’t even work there to lock the door in order to force me to drive around. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Church’s location. I am sorely disappointed and this reflects poorly on the company. In addition to that he caused his company to lose money!

Don’t show up 30min before they close! She will tell you they only have 3 legs and they not cooking any more chicken! So the real closing time is 9:30 not 10pm like advertised!! This place needs a complete management turnaround!! Lazy people sink businesses.

The worst chicken place ever employees are rude don’t smile. Singing out load to rap music which is not acceptable okra was dry as powder dirty tables but we will not eat there again get new employees or a better mgr…..

Probably the worst fast food experience I have had. Got my food 20 minutes after I was supposed to. Place was supposed to open for over an hour and the doors were still locked. Nobody would reply or answer anyone. People sitting for 30 minutes. Absolutely pitiful service and hospitality.

Update*** tried for a second time and was let down even further. When arrived sat at the speaker 10 minutes finally the rude man asked me what I wanted , I ordered strips and Popers they they only had Limonade to drink pull around and the rude man takes my payment and tells me to pull around to the other side to wait for my food, I waited 30 minutes for my food! And they forgot my side again!! Terrible service.

I don’t even wanna give one star review for the churches Texas chicken located in Port Allen, Louisiana every time I have gone there in order to chicken sandwich and I live right down the road from it not one time has it been available? I don’t know if it’s because they don’t feel like cooking it or that the private owner just don’t wanna provide it but allow it to still be on the menu They’re always out of coleslaw and they never have chicken sandwiches.
So they do not even deserve a star in my book and they are in my local community And half of the time they’re out of everything if it’s not one thing it’s another, but it’s always the same
