I was picking up a DoorDash order when this location was busy, which it is always busy but never as chaotic. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building lines up down the road, parking lot full, lobby full, so one of the workers locked the door so that other customers couldn’t order inside. Customers came and went and I still didn’t get my order for an hour and a half! 3 other dashers were made to wait too, as if everyone else was more important without them even thinking that we’re employed to deliver the food they’re selling. Very poor customer service, time management, and work ethic.

The fried chicken is fantastic! The staff took awhile before I was welcomed in and asked for my order though. The woman who took my order was kind enough to suggest the special that saved me money, which I greatly appreciated. However, I was warned ( by my brother) to check my order before I left and I didn’t. Once I got home I realized we didn’t get either side that I ordered. I got 2 completely different ones (which my brother said happens a lot at this location).

Terrible, told to wait 10 minutes. Ended up waiting 16. Not only that, the food came out messed up. Ordered hot, got plain. Not even a “thank you for waiting” this is an all black establishment. If they had any other race working. They weren’t there. Never going back, I feel sorry for the owner.
