The food is great here. Well seasoned and flavorful, but since it’s in a gas station, there is limited staff and sometimes it takes forever to get my order. I ordered online and was told it would be ready at 12:25. I went inside the store because I just knew it wasn’t ready. I wasn’t handed my order until after 1:00pm. Church’s… y’all need to figure out a more efficient system for these small locations.

We ordered on a Sunday afternoon the 16 pc spicy combo and THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS! Fresh hot, well seasoned, the sides were delicious, and the bisquits melted in our mouths. Check their door dash reviews. They are the best!

Second time I waited patiently the 12 minutes to get fried okra with my meal, just to get home with burnt okra which was not edible. I’m sorry but you can’t tell me they were unaware of the product they were serving. Shame on them. They don’t even deserve a star .

Better yet, allow me to show you what I got!!!
IT TOOK ONE HOUR FOR ME TO RECIEVE THIS SLOP. AFTER THEY THREW ME MY BAG AND SAID IT WAS CLOSED, THEN HURRIEDLY CLOSED AND LOCKED THE WINDOWS !
MY FOOD WAS BURNT AS YOU SEE. MY SIDE ITEMS WERE LESS THAN HALF FULL.
I SPENT OVER $40.00.
I TRIED TO CALL BUT THEY WOULD NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. I THEN DIALED TO THE GAS STATION SIDE AND ASKED A CASHIER TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE AND THEY REFUSED TO COME TO THE PHONE.
I CONTACTED CORPORATE SEVERAL TIMES AND STILL NO RESOLUTION. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK AS I WAS PROMISED ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION.
I CAME TO MY OWN CONCLUSION:
TAKE YOUR LOSS THIS TIME BUT NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.
I AM A-OKAY WITH THAT OUTCOME.

They were out of the “Flaming Honey Megabites” so I opted for the same type meal. The nuggets were good. Ordered an Apple pie.. disappointment, no icing, & it was dry.

I just wish I would have gotten 2 boxes of iced honey butter biscuits like I ordered but instead I got just regular old honey butter ,TWO BOXES OF THEM, that was the only reason I went to the store from get go. But It was to late bye time I realized.
