First off I don’t see why they had 4 people upat the front and 1 person taking orders and I still had to wait 27 minutes just to get 1 chicken breast? I watched 8 people total come in and just had to wait like I did except for this one lady who was complaining about her online order. So I asked the young lady at the register about why is it taking so long to get just one breast and she said “With a very nasty attitude” . You have to wait like everyone else. With that being said I didn’t under why because they had chicken up on the board. So this other customer asked for her money back because she had waited over 30 minutes and she was told she couldn’t get her money back until the manager come back in from her smoke break. A few of us then went to the back of the building and found the manager and 2 other employees in the back of the building smoking weed. So we asked can she please come and refund us our money and they were so high; all they could do was bust out laughing. A few of the customers took pictures and said they were going to report them. When we went back inside ? It still took another 15 minutes to get a refund. This use to be the best Church’s Chicken around and now it’s gone to the dogs.

These sneaky employees will do the bare minimum for making food orders. If you order a large box of fries, and they have to cook more, they will only fry a small size paper container of fries. They will also mess up simple food orders. Do not trust them, and do not waste your time here.

There attitudes were horrible. My Mac n cheese look and feel like it had been puréed. I asked for three legs they gave me a leg and a thigh and this Cajun rice is dried out. And when I told her she forgot my peppers. She gon say no I didn’t the bombers are in the bag. Well ma’am I asked for peppers as well!

Placed a PREPAID order for Smokehouse Chicken, via Doordash at 9:40pm, pulled up at 10 and they clearly hadn’t even begun to prepare it. Told me it’d be 18 minutes, and seemed surprised when I pulled back up after 25. Wasn’t worth the wait. Not as good as the original. Thanks for wasting my time.

By far the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been. The MANGER was cussing out customers when SHE messed up the order. No I was not one of the ones she cussed out I was waiting on my food. She Was telling customers she didn’t have time to help them. I had 3 combos, took them an hour to get my food and they still messed up the order. And the food I did get was not good.
