To say this place just reopened, it should close back down for some serious professional development training. This was the worst encounter I’ve ever had at a fast food place.
– I placed a mobile order and waited in line for about 15 – 20 minutes behind 2 or 3 cars.
-When I got to the speaker, I was told mobile orders couldn’t be received via drive-thru. I was not privy to that (for any restaurant) nor were signs posted as a warning before waiting in the drive-thru line.
– I asked to speak to a manager (referred to as “Moe”) once I pulled around and was told to wait again.
– I requested a refund and was refused. I asked for an alternative manager’s name or GM to contact for a resolution and was repeatedly told she didn’t know that information.
– She then yelled at me to pull forward with the nastiest attitude without having given me the order, no refund, or info requested. I pulled forward in the drive-thru, as I am a customer who had already paid, to figure out what I can while waiting for a reasonable response. At this point, I decided it was best to stay in my vehicle to deescalate things as much as possible.
– The manager came outside to verbally assaulting me, screaming profanities and threatened to call the police (yes, in this climate) – over refusing to refund my hard earned money or simply letting me know whom else I could speak to in regards to the issue she created and didn’t seem competent enough to resolve.
– I chose to wait for the authorities.

ordered tenders on uber eat and my driver had to wait 50 min in drive through to get up to the window for then to make her wait longer. then when i finally get my food its the wrong drink and the “tenders” are pathetic.

I am a frequent customer who usually enjoys the excellent service that this location provides on a daily basis. Today I came to place an order for only 2 pieces of chicken like I usually do and was told that it would be a 30 minute wait. The acting manager said that the staff has been playing around all day which is very unacceptable.

If I can give this churches 0 stars I would. This was my second d visit over here. Both times I attempted to go thru the drive thru first, but they were in btw shift changing and only had one worker. This particular time the drive thru line is was not moving at all so I went in. They didn’t have any chicken and when I mean any they didn’t have any chicken cooked. Ok so fine I still made the order because who don’t like fresh chicken I had a 2 piece biscuit with jalapeños and bomber. I waited 20 mins for the chicken when I went to check to see if it was done the worker told me he had to drop the bombers. I was literally shocked I’m like why u didn’t cook that while the chicken was still cooking she js scrunched his shoulders. I love churches but the customer service over here is horrible. I got a refund and will never stop here again.

If I could give them a ZERO STARS I would. I pulled up to this location for a pick up order via Ubereats. Soon as I pulled up, a light skin guy with dreads saw me and walked to the back, completely ignoring me. Then finally after a few minutes of sitting there, the manager walks up with an extremely rude attitude, asking me “what do I want” I tell her then she replies ” we’re closed, we haven’t been receiving uber orders” Which i know is a complete LIE! If I received an order for pickup, that means that they received the order as well. Will NEVER go to this location ever again!

Walk in lobby at 2:55pm did not get waited on until 3:08pm. Lady (Jada) at the counter walked away and left 3 customers plus myself waiting yo order. The staff is very unprofessional, workers (3)sat around in lobby while customers waited for someone to come to the counter. I have been working in the food industry for 47 years and this is the worse I have ever seen… Will not patronize this store at 601 Terry Parkway ever again.

Placed an online order for pickup. 10pc spicey chicken meal deal. They were out of spicey chicken which the whole reason to go there. No spicey rice. And the wings were barely sauced. The inside of the bag however was covered in sauce.

Went through drive thru ordered 16 pieces mixed waited 26 minutes checked chicken all dark. Brought it back in and instead of giving me the white meat that was missing they threw the entire box in the garbage. Another 26 minute wait.

Every time I eat here my stomach begins to sound like the beginning of rack city. The mashed potatoes are the safest thing. The chicken is a laxative. If you’re trying to lose a little and can’t afford Ozempic – this place is ideal.
