I didn’t think to leave a review so I took the pictures after I cleaned up the mess. Wait time wasn’t too bad but they gave me a box of tenders and did not strain the grease from the chicken. Almost like they poured some in the box. It got all over my dash and the lids of the sides were full of it. It soaked a bit into the biscuit box (other box pic) as well. I would hate to think this was intentional but I’m pretty sure people know better when they’re cooking chicken.The grease wasn’t hot or it would of melted everything so not sure why there was so much of it. Service wasn’t bad but I didn’t appreciate the mess. Did shine up my dashboard tho

Went in today, despite being busy and short staffed, the place was very clean. My food was handed to me hot and made to order. Angela helped me on the counter and she was extremely friendly and was overall ready to serve and even give updates on our food. I definitely will be coming to this Church’s from now on.

Never again. The church’s off pawnee and Broadway is gross! I ordered some okra(thank goodness thats all I wasted my money on). I drove off and when I reached in the bag, my okra was below the temperature(I could tell it was old). It had my car stinking and it was all greasy and stuck together. It shouldn’t have been sold. For the Churchs to have only come back not too long ago, their chicken is gross now, the food is bad and they should go out of business and just close down.

Online ordering lead me to realize they have no customer service whatsoever. Rude, and condescending. I’ve worked fast food before would never treat a customer the way I was treated. The manger needs to be fired he is very aggressive he might honestly start a fight one of these days. If you’re looking to get treated like dirt definitely come here. Lost a customer. Hopefully I’ll get my refund for food I didn’t receive.

The Church’s at 13th and Woodlawn has horrible customer service! Found out there’s one kinda West at West Street & Central, the customer service is great! Atmosphere West street location the food was fresh and customer service was as if they cared you get treated with great service.

I tried them. I ordered a texas 2pc. Special. Had to wait 15 minutes for a biscuit. Then I had to wait 20 minutes for chicken. After waiting 35 minutes I got my order. They gave me a free cup of water.??? I then tried to order a ten piece chicken special for $8.99. They said it was 12.99. I had just saw it on the internet. Ended up paying $15.99? I got home and found out how bland the chicken is, no salt or seasonings. Just like nursing home food.

I came and ordered through the drive through. They had me pull to the side and waited for a while to get my food. I got home and was missing 2 sides so I called to let them know so I went and got my missing sides. Mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Not only did they make me wait AGAIN they still gave me one wrong side!!!!! Very disappointed
