Extremely rude employees, Loud and Obnoxious, Got MY order wrong then they proceed to blame me for it, after getting it fixed, and more yelling they started talking bad about me in spanish not knowing I speak spanish. I used the drive through it took over 3 minutes for someone to anwser.I started my order only to be stopped by someone speaking Spanish to me which I don’t understand. She didn’t understand English. I thought this was America.. SMH. I won’t ever be back to this location.

One of the worst locations 3x I’ve ordered things I didn’t receive and definitely not running back and forth to correct errors the lazy individuals who work there should have no problem with packing the order in its entirety it’s disgusting and I won’t be a part of the mess it’s all unacceptable not only did I si waiting for 20 minutes for biscuits and pies to not get the biscuits or peppers I paid for I’m so irritated with this location and it’s all the time with no resolution who’s giving my money back!!!!

I went through the drive thru because when me and my family parked, they stared us down through the window and motioned us to go to the drive thru, despite signage saying the dining room is open. When I got to the window, she said hello and I said hello and made my order. Then she proceeded to say No, and went silent. I asked did you just say no? And she said Hello? Again and took my order again but towards the end I was interrupted and told come to the window, so I assumed she didn’t hear me. So we drove to the window and the order was ready and I had to ask for sauce four more times, only for her to hand me one singular sauce. I’m very upset with this experience and won’t be coming to this location again.

Okay this was annoying. So i wanted to order the 24.99 10 pc mix value meal that has 2 mash with 6 biscuits which is on the sign . But the girl literally says i can get the biscuits because it’s not part of the meal. Only afterwards i realize she was only looking at the 19.99 options. cleary you guys need to have a better speaker
