On 12/31/2025, the last 6 wigettes should have been thrown away and there hold timer need to be fixed because every single piece was hard and uneditable. I even looked at it but I should have bit into it before I drove off. I waited until I got home and it almost broke my tooth. Looks can be deceiving. If I could give 0 starts i definitely would ! The chicken was overcooked and gummy over seasoned, there was literally 0 to no effort and it was so bad it wasn’t even edible and I’m praying I do not wake up sick! This was absolutely disgusting and if this location is not going to hire people that even try they need to close down this is NOT the first time this location gave me poor quality food. I will be calling corporate and also they do not answer the phone !

Would’ve gave it zero stars if I could’ve. It’s 7:55 on a Friday night and I walk into this church’s expecting to get some good chicken. Why does the young lady behind the counter proceeds to tell me that they only have 1 tray of dark meat and some fries left for the night. I say are you being serious? And she says yes so of course I leave. It’s 7:55pm and y’all don’t close until 10pm so I’m confused did your guys food truck not come or is it just another case of lazy workers not wanting to make anymore food? I’m so sick of the poor service these days. Why do y’all keep hiring these employees who do what they want to do on the clock not what they were hired to do yet there are people I know who have been waiting 7-8 months just to hear back from a McDonald’s job that work their butts off. Fire these children and hire people who actually cares!!!!!!!

1/16/2026 8pm Lobby closed. Stated doordash order was completed, refused to allow to pick up. Also states in doordash that the lobby is open. Closed for business at 8pm on a Friday. When I knocked on the door 2 African American workers one male and female flipped me off. It is completely unacceptable to make people who choose to deliver the dashes for this store wait an enormous amount of time when the employees are not helpful or timely on their orders. I will never take another one from this store!! Fire them all and start over

I had a party last night and I just showed up at the drive-through and ordered two, 16 piece chicken, and it was ready right away, I was concerned it would not be fresh because it was ready so fast, but it was wonderful! I just want the staff and everyone to know that I am very proud of this service! I couldn’t have asked for a better chicken!!!

So I arrived at this location to purchase a 8pc spicy breast and thighs only. Just the chicken simple. They always seem to be out of breast and thighs. The cashier statement to me”i caught her just before she cashed out her drawer. Then said she can only give me thighs and wings. So I agreed. Then come to find out she charged me and gave me 7 pieces of chicken… instead of the 8pc meal I was charged. Service is poor. They made 4 large chicken boxes for employees handed them off before I got my food I waited 25 minutes as well. When she said chicken is a 10 minute wait. Pathetic. Close this location down. Also chicken was soaked in Greese
