Came here often in the past but slowly stopped recently. I made an online order, go to pick it up and was told they needed my order for other ppl order. I waited for about 10-15 minutes, the entire time they were walking around being really unprofessional. Finally came with my order and I had to ask for my gravy. The really little person in charge was irritated that I asked for the gravy for my mashed potatoes and proceeds so stomp to the back, returned with two big cups of gravy. I didnt notice until I got home that it was watery and had complete chunks of powder gravy. I called back bcz they were about to close but no one answered. I later saw the little girl in a store and wanted to exact justice. I dont think they care about losing customers and I wish I could find their corporate number.

Last night I ordered a 12pcs family meal, original legs and thighs with mashed potatoes and fried okra. First off the chicken was mixed with original and spicy (not what I ordered). Secondly it was not fresh. I ordered online at 8:27pm with a pickup time of 8:43pm. My husband was back home with the order at 8:43 meaning it was bagged prepared and bagged up well before the pickup time. The chicken was not hot at all. Lastly, the main reason for my review is the mashed potatoes. They were runny and smelled spoiled, like they’d been sitting for days. The smell hit my nose as I was loading them on my kids’ plates; and it really hit my nose when I actually sniffed them. I threw them out, because I was not about to take a chance on my kids getting sick. This is the first experience I’ve had like this at this location and am very disappointed by it

The store appeared clean. I waited for my food when a lady dropped the biscuits and food right in front of me. An employee then yelled, “They’re going to have to wait!” as if it was my fault that they dropped it. I waited about 15-20 minutes for fresh biscuits. The chicken was very dry and nearly burnt, and the biscuits were also dry. The fries were extremely soggy, but the fried Okara was quite good. I was considering giving this place another shot, but the poor customer service convinced me not to return.

The customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. Maya took my order…she nice but the other young lady who looked like she was every bit of 12 years old was very very rude. I ordered some jalapeño poppers didn’t get no sauce, Didn’t get asked if I wanted sauce with it or not…Then when I get to the window, I’m waiting for her to give me the sauce for the jalapeño poppers and she said it’s $.55 and I would have to come in cause I’m holding up the line in the drive-through. I said well they didn’t offer me sauce when I ordered it, She was like sauce don’t come with it. I was like well can I just get some ranch? She was like you cannot add to your order at the window. Why in the hell would you allow me to place an order for some jalapeño poppers and not get offered sauce she was very, very rude. She rolled her eyes and closed the window…this place just needs to be shut down. It’s not very sanitary, They barely have employees and you wait for long periods of time. Do not go to this location!!!!

I Pulled there to grab 2 piece chicken for 2.99 3 biscuits , and a small mash the young lady at register was rude ,i asked her do they take apple pay she say um yeaah but i have to get yo phone with an attitude . The food was tasteless biscuits hard with barely any honey , the chicken look like it have been sitting out for several hours with tons of grease and dark spots with a broken bottom wing , the mash was bland with a little of gravy i was wondering why it took only 10 seconds after i payed to receive the food . I wouldn’t recommend this place for food or wouldnt even feed a dog that chicken.

You know I hate that I had to move back to North County. I can’t stand all these rude unprofessionalism in the restaurants and the retail stores. Man I had a day with Church’s today.
It all started around 3ish pm, my mama decided she wanted Church’s, I’m like cool. We order doordash, from the Halls Ferry location. To make a long story short, the gave our chicken to a dasher that decided to steal it. So, because they didn’t see him confirm it, he took the order and unassigned it from himself. So, a 2nd dasher took the order, showed up at Church’s and they stated someone already picked up the order and they were not going to remake the order. I would have never known had the 2nd dash not called me and explained. I called doordash and they assured a 3rd dasher was there and we would get our order at 4:44 pm. I’m like cool. So, eventually the 3rd dasher called because he had been waiting forever and they couldn’t find the order. So, I spoke to someone there and explained and then she started explaining to someone the store and all I heard was “So”…So you know my horns are out. I’m like did she just say so. So, they young lady that said So got on the line, I tried to explain to her, she goes you need to send the order again. I said so I just need to cancel my order and go some where else. She said no send order again and we can process it. I said Nah, I need to cancel and go somewhere else and I hung up.
So, then I did a mobile order for the Normandy location. I’m like I will just go through drive thru and pick it up since I was dressed like a mess. I pull up in the drive thru, told them my order. She goes you have to come in, I’m like what? She goes you have to come in, I said its not a doordash order its a personal order, she repeats herself, I said why? Then while she is talking another voice comes through saying drive thru is for ordering not picking up. So, I’m heated because of the attitude and still pissed about the order at the Halls Ferry location.
So, I drive around and park. I go in its, 2 customers ahead of me. So, I’m mean mugging everybody behind the counter. Ain’t nobody in the drive thru, its about 8-9 employees in there, no one tries to help any of us so I have to wait until the young man at the register gets to me. So when its my turn, he looks at me then looks at the people behind me ready to help them, so I give him my mean mug and he holds up his hands, like I didn’t do it. So, finally he ask how he can help. I said I got a mobile order and its not a doordash order. He ask to verify to order, so I asked what he needed then this chick just butts in talking about he needs to verify the order. So, I don’t say anything and just look at her for a long time, then ask why are you answering and I’m not even talking to you. She goes because I can. I said oh, because you can, but why nobody was talking to you. She said I can do what I want, I said no you can’t. She said I can.

I’ve reviewed this store before, and it was not a good review. This review is not better! It all boils down to one thing: customer service. Very rude and unprofessional service: woman takes order then walks away without confirming, doing five different things at once apparently. When she does place the food before us and our drinks, again she walks away and starts taking orders from the drive-thru. But it’s the wrong order in front of us, and me not paying attention I grabbed the order and took it to the table before realizing it wasn’t ours. I hadn’t touched any of the food, but of course the customer who it was supposed to go to didn’t want it, so the order was rejected for a new one. I can understand the employee’s frustrations, but to then become rude and dismissive and argue with customers and assault Uber drivers and tell people not to come to her store anymore was totally unprofessional! Furthermore, my woman paid for two extra dipping sauses and didn’t get them, yet we got the two extra biscuits that went to another order! As for the food, look at the picture I’ve included and tell me what you think. Does this look like something that you are ready to eat after just paying for it? (A 2-piece fish platter and a 3-piece chicken combo.) Look at the chicken in particular! If you have people this stressed out working for you, maybe it’s a good idea to get new people! Regardless, as long as this particular employee (and probably manager) is store host, I will not be back to this unprofessional location!

I got the special and was asked if I wanted to add a biscuit and pepper for an up charge. I said yes and they didn’t put the peppers in my box. I called the number on the receipt no answer. I didn’t go back because it was too cold out and didn’t feel like going out there in the cold again. Check your items before leaving if you want to have everything you paid for.
