I just want to say I stood at the register for seven straight minutes without a hello, hi, head nod or any type of welcome… There were people hovering all around, orders were obviously backed up there were only three employees one cook and two others the lady that worked at the front that I have pictured in a photo said nothing to me for 7 minutes and clearly saw me standing there, fast forward she took my order and I waited an additional 25 minutes this is fast food guys… Lol! never again-

Ok, so I did have to wait for my order, but they were busy and my order was freshly cooked & correct. If I didn’t have the time to wait, I’d of looked for what was already done and ordered that instead. I’m always in a rush because of my job…however, I’d NEVER be rude to anyone doing their job. The guys were professional and impressive at how they handled the orders that were coming in. I will be back and will make sure I have the time to wait for fresh & delicious food.

It was a beautiful establishment. The servers were very friendly and helpful. They are our point of contact and made us feel seen and welcomed.
The food was great I had the fish and was apprehensive of the salt. It it was not overly salted but just right.
The ambiance was subtle and welcoming.
I will be going again!

This place is extremely understaffed! The wait times for food is beyond reasonable. I sent my daughter to wait for our order the young men here actually came out to smoke while customers were waiting. This is unacceptable. Upon further inspection after leaving about 5 miles down the road we found out the food was undercooked. After this long, wait terrible service we will not be back to this location. Where is the management of these children that are serving?

1st time going It took the Person working there 10 minutes to even acknowledge I was even standing there. She said Hi to the other employee walking in, coming from outside. They didnt have certain items on the menu I wanted to try. Some of the Okra tasted Old or freezer burnt?, I guess. Chicken Tenders were extremely hard. Biscuit was nicely cooked. Soft & buttery. Im glad I dont live out there, because they’re definitely not like the Chicago locations. Maybe on my drive back, I’ll retry it to see if it was just a bad day. Because I honestly absolutely love Churchs Chicken.

I’m a dasher and I always wait a long time for my orders and don’t even accept them from there anymore and tonight we got a 12 piece of mild and about 8 pieces of it was burnt/ overcooked and the biscuits were crammed in the bag all crumbled up, so we will be going to Harold’s and Popeyes from now on.

Close it down already. 30 minutes in the drive thru as the only customer they had. Wait on tenders, lied about a wait on fries, no tea, no Dr. Pepper, no ranch sauce. Got the order wrong, refused to refund. Manager insulted me to a coworker and made fun of me asking for a refund. Staff couldn’t care less. Tore food in pieces to make more out of less. Just don’t go here. They will scam you and laugh it off.

I went to Church’s around dinner time on a Saturday and they were very much in the weeds. I was expecting this because of how new this location is so I expected a fairly long wait. I did wake quite a while but but it was not excessive considering how busy they were. The kitchen staff were contacting moving to get food out and the counter personnel were doing the best they could and were nice. The manager was also doing a good job, at one point someone was missing a part of their order so she was double checking everything before handing the orders over. The food was pretty good and we’ll be back for sure! (I also highly recommend the jalapeno cheddar sausage from the bbq counter. So cheesy!)

Worst meal ever. Ordered the boneless wings, its a glob of overcooked breading so hard you can’t bite into. Three piece chicken tasted like flour. Coleslaw had no flavor
