Don’t even bother. First time we came here we asked for 2 chicken tender meals.. nothing fancy. The dude was mumbling something and im like what? He said “are you sure you want that, it bout to be fiddy dollars” i swear to god. Im like how, i see the price on the menu… he then mumbled some other nonsense so we just walked out. Currently waiting for a doordash for 20 minutes even though there is nobody here and the food is sitting on a tray. Real fresh ♂️God only knows how long it was there. Just put the food in the bag please. They’re just standing there. What even is this?

First time going here and it will also be the last. While the food tasted decent, the service was terrible. Went through the drive through and had to wait 30 minutes at minimum to get our food. Boneless wings were just chicken strips and we didn’t get our sauce. The sides were incredibly small. You could tell the workers didn’t care about being there or providing good service. When our food was brought out to or car the worker rolled his eyes when we thanked him.

Ordered the 3 tender deal woth 2 sides, a biscuit. Didn’t get a jalapeño. The sides were macncheese and the jalapeño cheese things. The jalapeño cheese nuggets were hot and fresh. Everything else was sad and old. Especially the chicken tenders. When it’s the only thing you do and it’s the main dish it should be better than limp Luke warm tenders that looked like you took from a sickly chicken. Employee was pleasant but whats that matter when the product is not worth the money. This isn’t the first time Church’s disappointed me but definitely the last. I assume they will be out of business soon enough if KFC couldn’t jack it in the same spot.

Had Churches for the first time since the actual opening of the location, and this go-around was so good! Walked in for the pickup, and talked to a lovely guy who had my bag ready for me to take. For was all hot and really good. Chicken, mashed potatoes, baked mac and cheese and biscuits were all a huge hit at home.

Food was tasty. But the serving size, for $13.50 was outrageous. Three chicken tenders that look like they’ve been ripped in half and left to sit on a tray for two hours, soggy, twelve room temperature French fries, and a biscuit. The biscuit was the star of the show, but once again, tiny serving size for the price.
I was told someone would be right with me, but then heard that someone had taken a break, and two guys and a woman stand there and watch me stand and wait. A lady named Barb came up and took my order, even though she doesn’t know how to use the cash register, she figured it out, with no help from the other staff, so that I could be on my way. It could be good food, if you didn’t see all the pre cooked chicken sitting on the counter, with nothing to keep them warm. Who knows how long those have been sitting there. After my order was taken, I was immediately handed a room temperature box of my food. Not sure why there’s so many staff members there if nobody is going to do anything, besides the wonderful Barb.
I also wanted to try their apple pie, but was told they don’t have any.

Was an exceptional experience. Marchello was the person who help me on this evening. He was very cheerful and helpful. I gave this location another chance and just marchello presentation and cheerfulness made it much better. Food was hot, was inform was going to get fresh food and fresh biscuits coming out the stove. I might have to start coming back I’m going to give it another shot

I’m having to update my review as my previous one did not reflect my overall experience. My family has drove 45 minutes to this location. I was so excited when this franchise came here as I am a born and raised Texan who loved Churches. This franchise is not the Churches Chicken we knew in Texas as this is the international franchise version… and it shows. Sandwiches are small, wraps are puny without any lettuce, and the spicy chicken is the sauce… which is not a true Church’s experience. The regular chicken is good but it’s just not the same. Thankfully the okra is superb.
The Churches i knew served huge pieces of chicken, packed sandwiches, and wraps. At this location they pre-serve the tea from the kitchen and no ice is added. Please, please let this location get better

the honey biscuit was fresh out the oven and was delicious. the staff are nice. mashed P and mac and cheese are good. the chicken was nice and golden and juicy. the pies are awesome.

Got a 10-piece box, and a extra two-piece on the side however both orders were raw on the inside. I’ve called the store, they gave me the GM’s number, they don’t answer and no one is trying to fix my problem. I’ll take further steps on my own
