This church’s just like the Popeyes across the street needs to be shut down! The Store Managers are in there hoarding food to taking it home to their kids and themselves. I’ve been here 3 different occasions and they didn’t “have any breast or wings” last night same thing, but I was Looking right at Breast and wings, i asked how long, the lady lied and said none in store.. it was going on 8pm they don’t close til 10 where is the chicken?? It magically appeared after I asked for store number and names.. they don’t honor the specials they ring up legs and thighs as white meat and take the product home.. INVESTIGATE

If I can give this place 0 stars, I would. The first time I came here, they ran out of chicken and mentioned like a 45 minute wait.
This go round (last time), waited at the speaker for almost half an hour. Only car in the drive thru and yet customer service SUCKS! Pulled up to the window and 3 workers are in there laughing & playing around. One worker comes to the window saying he didn’t hear me and to go back around to the speaker. I pulled off because this is ridiculous. Folks in there wasting people’s time AGAIN.
If the employees at this church’s chicken don’t wanna work, SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!

Closed on DoorDash twice when I ordered and forced DoorDash to refund me $38 TWO times. I won’t get my money back until a week from now. That’s $76+. All because the workers kept turning on and off the option to accept orders via DoorDash. Lazy. I am changing my review from the 5 star review I left recently. Shameful!!! Will never order again.

I love Church’s Chicken. The parking lot was full of huge holes. One car ahead of me but it seemed to take forever. I placed my order for a three piece meal with okra and a Dr. Pepper. They ran out of biscuits so she offered me a jalapeño pepper instead. I pulled forward to the window, another huge pot hole. I paid and received my food. I checked my bag no jalapeño pepper. It didn’t matter at this point I’m ready to go. Overall the food was delicious!

Save your money and time! Especially the location on Warren and Connor! Food is horrible/mid, chicken was cold and dry!! Food cost too much to be serving this garbage!! I threw it away and didn’t finish it!! Never again

They were out of spicy chicken, out of biscuits, out of honey mustard, only one 5 piece tenders left, out of spicy chicken, out of chicken sandwiches, out of ice and carbonation for soda lol. Chicken they did have was fine. 5 piece and fries with 2 warm drinks was $13.50 so probably not worth it but ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Garbage. The wait was so long. We waited at least 20 mins for lukewarm garbage. I’m so mad I wasted my money. The person taking the order didn’t hardly speak English and kept repeating the order. Even after we paid she kept repeating in confusion and we had to correct her. So then after a long wait we got this NASTY cold Macaroni, and two cold, slimy, nasty chicken wraps– one wasn’t even the right order! It was DISGUSTING! Do NOT PATRONIZE THIS NASTY, UNCLEAN PLACE! I wasted my money but you don’t have to!

Ordered online using the app and upon requesting my food, they had no items on the Real Deal menu. Now I’ve got to go through the app to request a refund. Ridiculous how these location don’t have items they specialize in. Just close this location down.

They have a new crew and it shows in the food and service. Haven’t had churches in a while because the food and service wasn’t on point. But the food today was so good and the service. They need to keep this crew. Very good job food was fresh and hot and waiting wasn’t long at all.
