Me and my buddy went in and got chicken and the first red flag was the service the people at the cash register were incredibly rude and acted like they were offended because they had to do there job but we got the chicken and it was pink all the way through so we did not eat it. So we went in and tried to get our money back or have them at least have them re cook it and they sent out the cook not the manager the cook and he was incredibly rude as well. I would not go here ever again even if my life depends on it and I will not recommend it at all to anyone on the face of this earch.

This place is very hit or miss. My family n i have been probably 6 or 8 times n about half of them were delicious and quick. The other half has been a 30 min or more wait n then still ended up with not good food or missing items. The staff would tell us a 10-15 min wait on food n then after that time tell us just a “few more mins” another 2 or 3 more times right up until one of us finally got mad n raised our voice. It’s not worth the gamble to us at this point, which is disappointing. There aren’t very many choices out here to begin with so we were excited to have a new spot but since it’s unreliable we won’t waste our time.

No one inside as we drove up to the deice thru to then be met with attitude before we could say Hello. My husband and I can eat a lot but two meals and one chicken sandwich is not a lot so I didn’t appreciate getting more and more attitude with each item we ordered. They had us pay and pull forward and wait for 20 minutes just to get our bag missing half our order. My husband goes inside to be met with more attitude. I will say the manager on duty did her best to correct the issue and make things right but her staff are horrible. Whoever is in charge needs to give that manager a better staff. This could be a great location if staff were competent.

The chicken was good, and fresh. The fried Okra was also good, and something not many places around here have. Their biscuits are probably the best I’ve ever had. Coke products to drink, which I also appreciated.

Sat in drive thru for 15minutes nobody took my order. No customers inside so they weren’t busy. Called the store and they answered but wouldn’t take my order. Terrible customer service. Would be great if they had different employees

A little piece of sunshine here in Brazil Indiana. We did not mind the wait at all because we knew our food was being cooked to order for our family. It was hot, tasty, and so so good! Great food, wonderful service. We will be back.
