Okay, I maybe pass at least Church’s Chicken just to get to this one. The food is always on point and hot and fresh. This is a very busy location so, I generally go when they first open.

Now I am really surprised at happen today. I ordered my food at 3:12. They didn’t bring my food out at 3:27 PM then didn’t bring all of my order out. I had to wait again for the rest of my food. No one apologized. No one was friendly. There was no sense of urgency and then I look at my food and it looks mediocre no quality at all. I usually brag on this location. It’s not hard to be friendly and it’s not hard to provide quality service.

I haven’t been on the northwest side in years until yesterday. Church’s new name, Church’s Texas Chicken, still had the classic chichen combo meals. I chose two piece legs and thighs with a side of dirty rice, honey buttered biscuits, and hot apple pie. I wanted all Spicy an the Chicken wasn’t cooked up to standards I had Chicken that the breading was kinda white instead of golden So I just pull up in drive threw at 10:51am employees just looking including management didn’t say nothing I had to ask are you open they just chewing on food shaking their head the internet says there open this place needs to really get it together seriously

I just wanna know how is it that you place your order at their website. It says it’s gonna be done at 11:54 AM yet you don’t leave until 12:14 PM due to their lack of actually preparing your order at the time that it was expected, but people behind you in line are getting their food before you! That’s why I really only go to the churches chicken on W. 10th St.
