I had a Sunday lunch at this restaurant for the first time and was pleased to find how clean and pleasant it was.
All the tables and chairs were clean, even the drink machine was clean. It seems someone takes pride in keeping the restaurant clean.
The food service area was spotless and the food was hot and properly cooked.
The ladies on the counter were friendly and pleasant and filled the order correctly.
We had chicken breast and chicken fingers with sides, the meat was well cooked and seasoned with the breading nice and crispy.

The customer service sucks! The Hispanic guys in there are very rude and if you have a problem with your order they don’t care because clearly they believe they can’t make mistakes! I went in today and ordered a 10pc family meal spicy. My chicken was not spicy I called and he in fact called my phone back to inform me that the worker said he was 100% sure he gave me spicy food and if I bring it and it’s not spicy he will no be replacing it because he’s 100% sure it’s spicy. But again it was NOT spicy. They are rude and I will definitely not be back

I went to this location to get a 20 piece the Spanish lady in there she so rude I ask her if I can get fresh order she said no she said if you don’t like our chicken don’t ever come back we don’t need you. I drive to the window to pay for my food she open the window and said I’m not giving you nothing and close the window I was at the drive thru for 20 minutes she never open the window and there was car waiting to be serve

Poor customer service at this location. Lines are very long and you have to wait 10mins just to order your food once you are next to order.
Update: I made above review 2yrs later the service here goes from good to bad then back good. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and I don’t know what I was given. It look funny

I Could Have Had a V8: My dinner from Church’s Chicken at 7224 W 10th Street was disgraceful and nauseating. After waiting in drive thru for 45 minutes, I left with the best and freshest chicken I’ve Ever received from this location. However, the fried okra I ordered fried hard was dark, so I assumed it was fresh. What a joke. The okra was stale, it wasn’t crispy nor hot, it smelled and tasted horrible. The drive thru line is now longer than before. The lobby door is conveniently locked. I called the phone number on the receipt. After one ring a computer generated voice says, “goodbye” and then hangs up. I would like every a full refund and an apology for this ridiculous unsavory meal.

Tables and stuff were dirty and the staff acted like it was a burden for us to be there. The food could have been better and had to ask for plates and silverware after being asked and told it was for here several times. Get it together churches. I love y’all

Chicken was good but the service was like a dead fish. The floors were super sticky. However the fact that we had to pull teeth from an alligator to get halfway decent service ruined it for us. I could see if it was busy but the dining room was empty.
