Will not go here again. It doesn’t matter what time you go, either the customer service is horrible or the food. I have 4 children, + 2 additional I’m caring for, for the summer. I spent about 34.00 bucks here and the chicken looked like the pictures, was super hard and dried out!!
Didn’t even call to complain bc what would that solve?? If I were a worker here, I would NOT HAVE SOLD NOR GIVEN this type of food to a customer.. management, cooks, and workers are to blame…

The food is honestly embarrassing with how disappointing it was tonight.
Also, we had to go back through the drive thru and others we saw in line parked and went inside to have our order corrected. We were missing nearly half our order. The lady argued with us. Walked off in the middle of my husband speaking. Came back and we both explained to her our order and what was missing at MINIMUM 3 times and Im still laughing because she said in the most defeated toddler voice “I dont understanddddd”.. I just wanna tell her “Its okay. It takes others longer to comprehend sometimes. But also if you didnt voice to my husband over the drive thru speaker “is that all?” Or give him his total after each item he ordered, took your time using active listening skills and not rushed to take the order maybe it would have gone smoother. Also, reading comprehension and mathematics are essential in life. When we ordered 4 chicken wraps and we are explaining numerous times that there are only 2 total in the bag and even taking everything out to show you, and opening the wraps to explain to you which one we are missing, those skills truly come in handy.” I hope she has the night she deserved because FAST food is only beneficial when you’re capable of taking the order efficiently while doing it fast.

I came all the way from Syracuse New York to get me some fried okra. The fried okra taste great. The restaurant was very clean. The customer service was not nice at all.. The two ladies that work the front end of the restaurant. They are very mean they are not friendly at all. I don’t think they like working at the restaurant

The food is amazing I don’t care what nobody, everything on the menu is perfect. The fried chicken is very good, the biscuits are the best biscuits I had in the world. They are not dry at all. Their apple pie is on point. Their tenders are so good too. Their service is great too. If you read this review, you should try this out.
