Chicken was good. Drive through took 20 minutes to get our order. Employee didn’t let us know the wait would be that long. They didn’t apologize. There were at least 5 working behind the counter so they weren’t short-staffed.

My visit to Church’s Chicken was okay. The food was served hot, and the chicken had good flavor and crunch. The sides were average, and the service could have been a bit more attentive, but everything was handled in a timely manner. It’s a decent spot for a quick meal when you’re in the mood for fried chicken, though there’s room for improvement in consistency and presentation.

Here we go again! I said it before and I’ll probably say it again a thousand times, “I’m not coming back!” Seriously, I think I help keep them in business but not because of the prompt service and the top notch customer service. It’s the chicken. I like it a lil bit…well a lot. The breaks outside the front door smoking is not a good look. The unhoused should be shewed away. Maybe hire security because some nights it looks scary.
Let’s talk a complete temporary shutdown, reorganization, and retraining. While you’re close, remodel to clean up the appearance. Get new uniforms because when you look good you perform better. Just a suggestion.

My food was was hot and Fresh. They were a little busy, but didn’t make me feel rushed when ordering. My favorite thing to do is eat a jalapeno pepper with my chicken, eat the fried okra with my smashed potato

The worst service Ive ever seen. Pulled into the drivethru line at 4:20. 8 cars were in line. 5 cars left. I eventually left at 4:55. Never took my order never moved. When I left the same car was still at the order microphone when I got there. Went to popeyes across the street…..ordered and on my way in less than 2 minute.

It’s a little rough around the edges considering it’s location but the chicken is always fresh and customer service is good when I go.

Whether I’m picking up for myself or I’m picking up for doordash, it’s always a 20 to 30 minute wait. I understand that this is the only location in the area, and they have drive-thru and of course lobby. But it doesn’t make sense that you have your Cooks running back and forth outside playing and whatnot, and then you have some of the ladies in the front that don’t even know what they’re looking at on the screen. The bathroom is never clean. The lobby looks a mess the tables the floors. There’s only one young lady in there that has an outstanding personality and attitude. I don’t know her name but when I find out what it is I’ll be making another review.

Came through drive through and Jessica took my order with an attitude. I ordered 2 -3 pieces combo and 3 jalapeño she up- charge me .50 for a med Fanta that I did not ask for I said regular so I pulled odd and open my 2 boxes my chicken was not hot. It was not even warm. Another employee said that that chicken came up at 10am my order was taken at 11:28 it’s been sitting for an hour and 28 minutes. She ( Jessica) told Eric I guess the store manager on duty to just give me my money back cause she not fina aurger with me. So he came and gave me my money back and he did apologize, for her behavior.
