Good is good, service is good, management is terrible i ain’t taking it up with employees they do their job. I placed the order on the app, paid for it, got messages that order will be ready to pick up12:25pm…cool. I get there 12:28 pm(without using anyone’s time at the restaurant), store doesn’t have line for pick up. Nobody at the register. Customers in the lobby just looking at each other like is this place fr. No command, no charge. People just doing whatever, you get help upon their willingness. And they don’t got pick up drive thru. You can have the BEST FOOD in the world but if your management and system isn’t shorted then maybe 1 start is the best you can pull. Not to mention i walked outta there 12:45 pm. 20 mins waiting for prepaid order. And this was my first time experience. Yeah, bye.

A decent place to get fried chicken. I got the three piece chicken tender combo, which came with the chicken and fries. They’re creamy jalapeño sauce was pretty good and had a good kick. The fries were hot and nice. The bowl was one of my favorite things that I had from this combo. The chicken was a bit Warm and dry, even golden chick tenders are about the same if not better compared to here.

The food here was on point, like it always is, however when answering the intercom, they answer like it’s a phone, “Churches”.. everything you say has to be repeated at least a couple times, when you come to the window you kind of get that feeling that you’re being ignored until they open the door tell you your total and then close the door.. They hand you your food, then close the window.. just doesn’t seem happy.. but the food is delicious to say the least!

This is my second time patronizing this Laurel Ms. Church’s Texas Chicken at different times of the day terrible…no heat at all the mashed potatoes luke warm biscuit luke warm.
I see why south Mississippi has closed most of them.

Honestly y’all need to close this place down. The managers ain’t doing they job obviously and the workers are lazy as hell … My mother got food poisoning and is at the UC right now!!! This is sad!!!! And unacceptable… This place won’t be happy until they get a lawsuit!!!!!!! I’ve complained about this place plenty of times!!!! I’m over it!!!! Do better!!!

Drive thru was super slow tonight! I sat at the speaker for 10 whole mins before someone finally took my order! Food was hot & good tho! Love the price I paid for the 12pc family meal!

Ordered in the drive through. We got 2 chicken tender combos. We were never asked what dipping sauce or what kind of tenders.. it was very fast. Didn’t have to wait long. The tenders were large in size, Good quality chicken and juicy but barely warm… almost room temperature… the biscuit was hot and fresh. So were the jalapeño bites. We had to ask for our dipping sauces when he handed us our meals and told us to have a good night (which is fine). He was really nice. I was so hungry and it was so good I didn’t stop for pictures lol. Next time I’ll ask and say we can wait for everything to be cooked fresh so it’s all hot.
