I was very disappointed with my families dinner, because of poor food quality, length of time for a drive thru order and that they only had two options available for sides!!! first had to wait in the drive-thru about 15 minutes because there was no chicken ready, next the only had the bombers and fries for sides. So I get our dinner home and realized I had wasted $40.00 dollars the chicken was definitely not fresh it looked and tasted like it was refried in what was definitely old burnt cooking oil. Our dinner was a complete failure thanks to Churches restaurant lack of pride for the product they serve.

I like Church’s chicken, corn on cob, and fried okra. I only thing I’m disappointed is that the wing size has shunk. Otherwise, Church’s has the best chicken in my book. The service is great and the staff is friendly. I would recommend the one on Highway 18.

Employee at drive-thru window did not tell us it was going to be a 10 minute wait until we got up to the window after waiting in line for 10 minutes. We were traveling on the road, so time was of the essence. If she had told us when we placed our order, then we could have ordered something else and it would have been ready when we pulled up to the window. As it was, we then had to wait at the drive up window for them to put together our substitute order.

I was in drive-thru @ 5:20pm on a Sunday. The tenders were HORRIBLE! They had to have been cooked before noon. So tough I had to cut with a knife so my cats could gnaw on them.
