Went there today on Father’s Day and waited 15 minutes before ordering two Number 8 platters. When I got home I
had cold eggs, bacon and very lumpy grits. If the manager was present I was not aware, they are required to be up front calling product and prepare orders . Being a former Church’s manager the single most thing I did well was cook less more often which kept fresh product at all times.

Chicken was not burnt but refried, no timer tent was visible. Biscuit was hard and cooked uneven( convection oven not cleaned). Grease content made it impossible to consume.

Ridiculous experience at this location. I have tried several times to order breakfast at the drive thru but no one takes your order through the speaker box. I waited 5 minutes this morning before driving up to the window where I still could not get anyone’s attention. I finally went inside and the woman working did not even come to the counter, just screamed from behind the holding station asking what I wanted. Told her I wanted a toaster combo. She then made the sandwich half way and asked if I wanted hashbrowns, really, they come with the combo don’t they. When she finally was ready to ring me up I was told I would have to pay for the bottle of diet coke at the other register. I had spent more than enough time already, told her to just keep it all and left. I definitely will not go back!!

I have been waiting here for a whole hour because the cook refused to drop white meat even when instructed by the night shift manager. I have never seen such unprofessional displayed refusal by an employees in my life.

Horrible value for their side dishes. One ice cream scoop sized order of spicy rice for $3.89. TERRIBLE VALUE. No utensils to eat with, no dipping sauce even though it was on receipt.

Pretty good location ..I didn’t like the fact while at the location a few days ago a girl name Janiya dropped a tender and then put it back in the batch of food ..That was disgusting ..and this was the same girl that let you set in the drive through and doesn’t say anything in the headset .makes u come to the windows and order..The other women provides great services.

This location was in Greenville, MS. We went there for a funeral and decided to stop at their only Church’s. The line was long, so you would expect hit and fresh chicken. It’s definitely not the case. Old chicken and old bombers. So disappointed Young lady taking the order in the drive thru, was having another conversation in the background and got our order wrong too.

Always good fast when I visit home. Churches is one of the reasons I come home to visit. Food just taste different in the SOUTH. Except that one in MEMPHIS.
