We arrived when they first opened to ensure we would receive hot food. The cashier had on a hair bonnet and was making a personal phone call using her air pod earpiece. The restaurant was clean but could definitely use a touch-up. Anywho..the food was hot, but it tasted like it had been fried in old grease. Never mind the 2-hour drive to get there.. next time, we’ll just save our money for McDonald’s.

I loved how while my and I waited for our food these three young ladies talked with us offered us apple pie while we waited and the best part of all I loved how they was cleaning as they went along wiping down and sweeping it was the best service I’ve had at any church’s chicken they we’re very clean neat and professional and curious to my dad and I they worked together as a TEAM!! If I’m ever in Alabama again I will definitely be stopping by again great service Ladies

Good fast friendly…great price for a family of 3-5 for 20.00 to 26.00 I don’t think you can beat that price on a combo.
Staff are very kind, and helping. They will tell you if you can get a better deal or a different combo or about a special.
The food it always hot or cold as expected.
Cold Coe slaw, hot potatoes, and chicken.
They now have fish as well. It’s white fish with a bite to it. I fix a sandwich out of one piece at home. It’s fantastic.
The mgr fixes any issues immediately.
We’ve only had two in 5 years. But I’ve seen them fix ours as well as others….no questions asked… just make the customer happy… I have not seen service like this in years 98% of the time

Dear church’s chicken managers, the service has been absolutely horrid the last three times I have been. My order has been wrong and the team members have no idea what they are doing. Today you had an employee outside chatting with an off duty employee whole a line wrapped around your store. When I placed an order for bombers I wasn’t asked how many and we received no spicy mustard. I love the food here but that does not make up for the terrible service we receive. I will be calling corporate.

After waiting 5 mins they finally said something. It took at least 5 mins of attempting to order my food which they kept cutting me off telling me to hold on and It was multiple people taking my order. So when I finally got my food about 10 mins later and drove off it was missing some things I had ordered, what I did get wasn’t all right. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. Church’s is your ordinary chicken joint. In the south we can buy fried chicken at every convenience store; the only difference is Church’s honey buttered biscuits. The biscuits makes this a better option over the average service station meal.
The service is not great. These fast food joints tend to hire individuals who are basically there for the paycheck. Of course, that is why it is called fast food – fast in and fast out.
The atmosphere is hurried and therefore cleanliness is not a priority.
The only redeeming quality to Church’s is the affordable price.

Another poor location. The chicken was barely lukewarm. The staff all had a bad and who cares attitude. The water I got tasted like straight cleaner. We got an oh well it is like that if we use the unfiltered side when we complained. My husband’s water was fine that is why we knew mine was extremely off.

Several times we’ve went its always rudeness and b.s.
Stopped last night on the way home. Placed my order, get to the window and the cashier was rude and tells us dark meat would be 15 – 20 minutes after the cook is done draining grease and heating it up to cook but offered white meat instead so we said yes that’ll be fine. Wait 5 or more minutes by now we are up to around 15 minutes waiting at the window and then a manager comes to the windows all wild acting and tells us the girl sent our order out in the dining room so they dont have chicken for us. Offered us to wait 20 more minutes. Ummm hell no ive been in line 15+minutes where this chicken that was only gonna take 15 to minutes to cook she says oh no you’ll have to wait theyre still draining and cleaning grease. So I got a refund
About a month ago we were in drive through waiting on our order, theres a car in front of us and them and the cashier is chatting it up for over 20 minutes, my husband was paged out to a vehicle wreck and asked the cashier if she could mover her friend up some so we could get out and he explained he was paged to a wreck. The cashier rolls her eyes walks off from the window leaving me to have to ask her friend if she could pull up some to let us out. Never got our food this time even after waiting for 20 minutes.
These experiences have now maxe my mind up to never waste my time here again and to let everyone know on Facebook for this area to stay clear!
This place is full of the rudest foul mouthed hateful employees! Someone beeds to do some firing and hire people that are greatful to be working after all if employees treats customers the way they do every time you’re losing customers daily all day!

Husband was placing an order, mid sentence the drive tru cashier cut him off and gave him a total. He said we we’re still ordering and had more to order. She yelled “just pull around”. We canceled our order and left with out any food. She was very rude and snippy. Worst service.

Love to get fried livers, I always tell them to cook the livers a couple of minutes longer so that they are golden brown and done. The chicken is good too. The employees are friendly and the service is great.
