Got a three-piece chicken box with a biscuit and fries. The chicken and the biscuits were okay the fries were undercooked. When cooking fried foods in a fast food setting always use a timer!

Last time I went to this location we ordered chicken tenders and they were so small and way over cooked that you could not eat them. Not to mention the food poisoning the 3 of us got. This time when we through drive thru we had to repeat what we wanted multiple times and the worker would repeat it then repeat it again and get it wrong. We were practically having to yell at the top of our lungs. The first time she would repeat the order correctly and the second time she would repeat it she would change something and it would be wrong. That is my last time giving them a chance. I will never go to this location again.

I went to this location yesterday with my daughter and son-in-law, the service was excellent, the wait staff were very kind and helpful, we didn’t have to wait very long and we all decided to go back the next time they come down from Tennessee, our fried okra was cooked to order for us, great experience. The only problem I had was the tenders were very small and very crunchy for me since I have no teeth since I’m 65yrs old but I did tell them how good our meal was and thanked them all. It’s very sad that the location here in Opp is still closed

The manager who was on duty during the lunch hour, in Andalusia was very accommodating and pleasant to me when I had an issue with an expired promotion. She took excellent care of me and didn’t act like I was bothering her. I would highly recommend the food as well as this location for the staff personality!!

$20 for small tenders a over cooked and left out chicken sandwich I returned my sandwich and overheard them say there was nothing wrong with it and half full mash potatoes cold biscuits, and not so friendly attitude,not even a slight amount of joy no have a great day poor customer service and the sandwich I got back covered in way too much mayonnaise.

The employee who takes orders is too slow and doesn’t know what he is doing. He dropped off a customer order, picked up some beverages from the floor, and returned them to the customer, but the order was returned to the customer incomplete. Not pay attention to what he is doing or doesn’t care. By the way, I got sick from their chicken sandwich.

The staff was very rude & the customer service was poor. We had a long wait in the drive-thru & the food was cold (we arrived 30 minutes after they opened). We were told that some of the menu items were unavailable until the next day. Will not be visiting this location again; does not even deserve 1 star.

Never have I had food this bad from Churches chicken, the rice looks like throw up the chicken looks old the biscuits feel like they were cooked yesterday as hard as they are the only thing that good was the corn….. But people don’t care its not their money so throw whatever in a box and give it to them …. Sad

Often times the chicken will be odd shaped and look like a back . We ordered breast and thigh, the larger piece was the thigh and for the second today they gave me a piece that I had to go and ask what it was. It looks like a chicken back toall us.

I had a simple 3 piece strips meal, no drink.
The chicken was good, I enjoyed the salt and garlic flavors. The fresh tasting biscuit was nice. The coal slaw was not flavorful and all. I really wanted white gravy, but I guess it is not served anymore. The price was expected. Overall, I enjoyed the visit.
