The food is always so good. They do tend to forget things and I have to go back around, but that’s not a problem to do that. However, the people here are majority super rude. I had try to go today and there was a lady that was super mean, calling me sweetheart in a condescending way when I had a question about something. I just think the people here need a lesson in kindness, it costs nothing to be kind.

Another average chicken place. Chicken had decent flavor, mac and cheese was not great. Buttered corn was ok but the containers came apart in the bag. May eat here again but, would stick to just the chicken. We went through the drive-through through so maybe service inside is better?

I went to Church’s Nasty chicken Thursday afternoon, I ordered 3 piece dinner and a 2 piece mixed with fries, they wasn’t busy at all, when I got home and opened my box, they served us old behind chicken,french fries and a biscuit that was so hard you could play baseball with it. Food was so nasty and discussed you couldn’t eat it. My co-workers and I both got sick. I don’t play about my stomach.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDES. I never really make reviews let alone a bad one , but I placed a mobile order hours before and was on my way to pick up. It was about 10 minutes before I had to pick it up, I told them my name and they said we didn’t have an order come through for you . So I drove around to show them , and the one I was speaking to was so rude. “If it’s not the time to pick it up it won’t be ready.” At the drive thru speaker they said they didn’t see it at all on their end . I get it, I’ve worked in food before so no big deal but the way I was spoken to is not acceptable when I’m just as nice as I can possibly be. Do better.

Today it was tasty! Biscuits no longer have any honey on them:( I could barely taste it. I have an updated photo of the biscuits today rather than the biscuits we have a year or so ago. Mash and gravy was very good. And gravy is tasty! The coleslaw is really good as well. The mash and coleslaw together is chef’s kiss.

Grease tasted burnt the chicken and the okra both tastes burnt. Okra wasn’t fresh. Not good to me.

No posted signs about take out only. We ordered our food to seat done and dine in when an employee said “hey, it’s take out only” it’s 11:33am about to start the lunch out. Plenty of open tables and seating but we were told to leave. Hoping it’s not because I’m Hispanic. Without proper signage and to just be told to leave the store with our food seemed sketchy. I’m from Texas trying to try a Texas restaurant away from home only to be asked to leave. I would like to hear from this store soon. Thank yall

Just left Church’s Chicken and was really disappointed. The chicken was fried but still had feathers on it, which is unacceptable. This shows a lack of proper cleaning and quality control. I won’t be returning
