If I could give 0 stars I would ! Lady dressed in regular clothes told me drive thru only as a man in standing in with what appears to be a Christmas gift bag ordering food !! I mention when she tells me drive thru only we are hauling a huge fifth wheel and can NOT fit – she still was very rude and not accommodating!!! Pandemic is over !!! You’ve lost our money and you’ll lose more based off this review with the hundreds and thousands of truck drivers and travelers that will avoid your establishment purposely after reading the treatment we received… just as easy as her suggestion of my standing in a drive thru to Oder , she could’ve took my order and handed it nicely out the door. Due to her I will not patronize ANY Church’s chicken anywhere !!!

I am sitting here at Churches Chicken for 30 minutes waiting on chicken. The only reason I am here is because they took my money before telling me I had to wait 14 minutes. It has been 30 +. Now this makes no sense at all. Bad management very bad management. I understand waiting on chicken but not 30 + minutes. Then the door is locked and I can’t get in to get my money back. The worst place people stop patronizing Churches Chicken let it go out of business they give us VERY POOR service and we have made them rich very rich. Time is up. I have typed all of this and still no chicken. Never again awful place just awful.

Poor service, rude drive thru cashier and she lied twice about they was out of white meat n apple pie when car behind us ordered n got it cause they pulled all us up. Ordered two eight peace leg and thigh deals spicy. Didn’t mind waiting for the chicken because it’s delicious and it will be hot and fresh. We took the chicken on the road. When we arrived at the rest area to enjoy our lunch we discovered each box only contained 7 pieces of chicken instead of 8. Maybe a little more sesame Street would have helped them learn to count. But the chicken we did get was awesome.

Drive through line very slow
Got wrong order and had to stay in drive thru line again to get correct order, and just got over cook okra and didn’t get my mixed meal I paid for not the special meal. The severer had a bad attitude, and it was their mistake

Never has spicy, the workers don’t know the meaning of customer service. The 10 piece wasn’t hot and had soggy skin not crispy. Overall they redid my order and I got fresh, tasty (hot) chicken. It was delicious!

This was my first time going to this location. As I was at the drive thru intercom the employees acted as if they couldn’t understand wah I was saying and kept getting the order wrong. I ordered two 3 pc spicy tender meals and two drinks, and when I got to the window they told me it was a 3 min wait for the spicy tenders, and that was fine. I then proceeded to the front to wait for my food and it took almost 20 mins until they brought my food and the woman who brought it out was very rude and unprofessional and seemed like she was trying to get smart with me. She didn’t even bring out my drinks which I then looked back at my receipt and they were never wrong up, so she came back out and said I didn’t order any drinks so I then told her just don’t worry about it because it was extremely hot outside so I wasn’t gonna wait any longer for something that wasn’t any wrong up! Bad customer service and very long drive thru wait just don’t even waste your time going here.

Waited an extremely long time in the drive thru, and the front doors were locked, so you couldn’t even go inside to place an order.
They could barely hear me on the intercom, and when I finally ordered my food, it took even longer to get my food. The is ridiculous and sad for any business.
Shut it down if you can’t do right.
