This has had to be the WORST food experience I have ever had, I was 10:50pmish I ordered two biscuits and okras from Church’s and omg it was notttttt accomplished, the biscuits had dough in both of them, I had to eat the parts that was done, it went January 24, 2026 and the lady that gave me my food was a brown skin lady with brown boho braids she rung me up for one biscuit but I asked for two so she just gave me my second one

It’s hit or miss here at this Church’s location. Sometimes, the planets align and you get fast service and the food is fresh and made to order. And then a majority of the time, you wait excessively long in our at the drive-through line and get to the ordering box only to be told they’re out of the chicken you wanted.
It’s a chicken place. You had one job.
So, I don’t want you to think you’ll get terrible food here because for the most part, they try hard. It’s just that if you’re looking for a fine dining experience, you have other options. If you’re looking for an adventure in fast food, however, come take your chances here at Church’s on Adams Ave. I know, I keep coming back again and again, so they must be doing something right.

This was one of the most unsanitary fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve been a long-time drive-thru customer, but I was asked to come inside to place my order, and what I walked into was unacceptable.
Not a single employee was wearing gloves, and only one person had on a hair net. The restaurant itself is severely outdated, with visible dirt and grime buildup everywhere. The floors, counters, walls, and overall environment looked filthy and neglected, making it very clear that cleanliness and food safety are not a priority at this location.
I felt uncomfortable and concerned for my health and left without ordering. There was no way I was going to eat food prepared in those conditions. This is a serious food-safety issue, not a minor complaint.
This location needs immediate corporate intervention, deep cleaning, and staff retraining. Until major improvements are made, I strongly advise others to avoid this location.

The customer service is excellent. The staff were polite and helpful. The food was fresh. Especially the fries. And the biscuit was warm and delicious!!

Inside of the restaurant is a mess. I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one. Bought food through drive through and went inside for drink and I had to throw away my food after seeing the condition inside plus workers are not wearing gloves.
