Every item we ordered was fresh and hot. We ordered at the drive-thru. The cashier was very courteous and we were given our food quickly. The entrance to the parking lot is a bit awkward, but definitely one of the nicest Church’s I’ve been to. I would recommend this Church’s chicken to anyone craving a delicious quick meal. Their biscuits are hard to beat!

I went inside to place an order ..but the employee had a nasty attitude and told us that they were changing shifts and didn’t want us inside the store..and didn’t want me reading the menu…with a nasty attitude…will never go back…EVER!!!!!!…With a attitude like that..I don’t want the food!!!!!!! Got a 8 price meal. With potatoes,gravy and mac and cheese. Got back to my hotel room. Potatoes and mac and cheese both very hot. The chicken was cold and nasty. Called the restaurant to complain. But got a voice mail. Left my phone number. To no surprise no call back. All I can say to anyone is check your order when you get it. And don’t expect anyone to respond to a complaint.

I ordered a 3 piece tender meal, I was told they only had orginal tenders, I was asked if I wanted fries and I said yes. I received my order through drive thru and thought it felt light. I only received 2 tenders and no fries, as well no receipt. I got ripped off.

My family and I had been on the road for hours coming from Panama City and we saw this place and really wanted some chicken. Matter of fact we passed it, but made a u-turn and went back in preparation to dine-in to get a little rest. Well, that did not happen, because when we proceeded to order for a family of 10 and in our ordering we wanted to mix the chicken. Really did not see a problem in that, places do it all the time, so I thought! Not this place, we were told NO for mix or substitute. Where they do that at? At least, the person could have said wait let me check first, but that was not the case. So, needless to say we did not eat there, got in our cars and left. So if you decide to eat here, make sure you order strictly from the menu, because otherwise you won’t get it!

I seriously don’t even know how this place is open. I’m pretty sure it’s because it’s the only fast food chicken restaurant in Eufaula. It doesn’t matter what you order, it’s going to come with a 15+ minute wait. If my wife didn’t like their food so much, I would have never went back after the first time. Some of the staff is friendly, some act like it’s normal to wait 20 minutes for some fried okra or fries. They do not even try to compensate for the terrible service. They are out of most sides every time we visit. The ordering speaker has needed repair for forever. What happened to the days of “we’re really sorry about the wait, here’s some extra food”(you pretty much paying for more anyways). I hate to be so negative, but I’ve had enough! Popeyes, please come to Eufaula!!!!

If you are in the mood for Church’s chicken and are thinking of stopping here, DON’T. I should of read the reviews first! (If you want specifics, went in for food, at least 8 cars were served in drive thruwhile waiting for food), no honey mustard, had to ask for ice, after 25 mins they realized okra was still frozen, pretty sure they forgot about us. Some of the workers here should find a job that does not involve customer service. I apreciate one of the ladies apologizing to me after the fact. Still, not sure what happened here.
