Employees were very unprofessional. Cashier (light skinned heavy set girl) took 15 minutes to acknowledge me and take my order and then overcharged me. She even had the audacity to ignore myself and another customer that was trying to get her attention.One of employees with dreads was cursing on the way out the door to hand out an order. Once the manager was called to fix my order she had a sour attitude and tried to explain that she charged me differently and that the total still was the same in which it wasn’t. They also ran out of chicken multiple times. I will never visit this location ever again.

Horrible service; had to order at the window. While I was waiting a friend of the guy at the window in a convertible black mustang drove around and walked between my car and the window to place an order. This place is just awful. It twenty minutes now and my order is still not ready.

Today was my last time eating Church’s. This location is horrible. Chicken was gross. , not like it used to be. Drive through cashier was rude and acted as if it was an inconvenience to use her arms to pass my food out of the window. Secondly, they were dang near out of everything. Lastly, my order was incomplete and I didn’t realize until I got home.

We were in the area and possibly went at the wrong time. They were waiting on the delivery truck so they were out of buns, fries and several other things. We got the tenders and fried Okra. There was some sort or drama going on in the parking lot so from drive thru order spot to picking up order, over 23 minutes went by. Food was good and hot, so no complaints there.
