If I could give zero stars, I would. I visited the Church’s Chicken on 1st Avenue North in Birmingham and had one of the most frustrating, unprofessional experiences. They were out of regular dark meat, then out of coleslaw, and then suddenly out of spicy chicken—after I had already placed my order. There was no communication or effort to inform me before making changes. When I expressed my concerns politely, the General Manager argued with me, dismissed my feedback, and told me to “call corporate because complaints come to her anyway.” Completely unacceptable attitude and poor customer service from someone in charge. Do better.

The store looked unsanitary, but I decided to give the food a try anyway. I went through the drive through quickly, but after paying, I was asked to pull up and wait for a bit. When I finally got my food, I didn’t check it until I got home. Inside the box, I found uncooked and very pale boneless chicken wings, not the correct wings I had ordered. They also left out my biscuit. I wasted $10 on this poor service, they do it half ass job just to rush you out there drive thru. Also, they don’t even toss the wings in the sauce. They just spray a little sauce on top of the wings.

Arguably, this is persistently a well managed store despite the average “hood clientele ” they still deliver really good customer service. Not even a deduction of not having non-spicy legs at the time of my order, the cashier was friendly willing to cook them.

Waited in drive thru for 10 minutes only to be told that they had a large order and then, I said okay, I understand, im in the business. I waited at the drive thru a lil longer only to be told that it would be 20 minutes wait . I just left and will not be back.

The parking lot is a DISGRACE. TO GET TOO THE ḌRIVE THRU YOU HAVE TO MANUVER HOLES 18 INCHES WIDE
5 INCHES DEEP.
