HANDS DOWN best chicken in Birmingham. We eat here maybe 2x a week. Food is always hot and fresh. I can’t say too much about attitudes or wait times. Because I never have a problem with it.

After placing my order it was 20 minutes before it was completed and brought out to my car where I was parked in a spot and no longer at the drive-thru window. Not sure if this is a company decision but no longer have mixed chicken with the family meals, only legs and thighs (horrible picks). This location did not have honey apparently when I was told that there were some, along with no hot sauce no eating utensils no napkins it was just complete dissatisfaction overall. Low on all supplies including the cups for the family sides when I bought a family meal I only received three small cups of potatoes. So I’m assuming that you only put three scoops in a family meal! What is really going on? Upgraded the building but still have the same Trash Antics. The chicken was bland and tasted of grease my mother couldn’t eat. Complete waste of money, time energy and their efforts if there were any.

Super long wait at drive through. Person infront of me had one meal and it took forever. The girl clearly didn’t want to do her dang job. And I come here often when I have to work downtown. They normally have trays of chicken prepped under heat lamp and today someone failed their job, they were frying chicken to order? Bs. 20 minutes for a dang drive through? For this greasy crap? I could have buffered my car with this amount of oil. Girl also didn’t put any sauce that I asked her for during order. Had to wave her down through window to get it.
And few days ago woman also didn’t give me my coleslaw even though I paid for. I am disappointed.

This is my favorite fried chicken place so I don’t understand why it doesn’t do well on the north east coast, which is where I live. As a result, every time I go to a place where there’s Church’s fried chicken, I make an effort to go as long as it’s not too much out of the way.
The chicken is always fragrant and juicy. If you like spicy, it tastes even better with their pickled jalapenos.

I am a very frequent customer and they treated me badly for not speaking the language. They should have friendlier staff. We are in a country of peace. The lady at the cashier threw my food on the counter. She gave me whatever she wanted. She treated me very badly. Terrible service.

The lady at the counter was rude as can be… this is our 1st and last visit to this location and this was our 1st time here..she rang my order up wrong and tried to telltale ones in the back that I CHANGED it…I told her 3 times

I would go e a 5 star if I could get past this ONE cashier who was sooo bad. Customers walk in and spoke to her, and she did not return the greeting. She was yawning in the customer’s face. She looked like she just didn’t want to be there and the customers had no real customer service. She did her job by taking the orders, but when she misunderstood a customer’s order and was confronted by the manager, she was rude to the manager in front of the customer.
