Was pleasantly surprised to see that they have added something called spicy rice, which I got and it tasted pretty good a little bit mushy but I would get it out again. Also, I got the fried okra which was good and hot and they have really good okra the chicken I wanted spicy, but they said it was still marinating so they dropped the ball a little bit on that and they were very friendly and helpful in picking out what I wanted to order so I would definitely eat at this restaurant again. It was clean. Price was OK not too bad as you can see, I had to use some of my secret stuff from that other restaurant that has changed way too much stuff and lost their mojo

Great chicken… And food is always been hot and fresh. Always short staffed causing very extremely long wait times in the drive thru to actually get the food. Staff does the best they can.

I’ve been to this Church’s a few times, and it’s usually great, but today was a completely different experience. The lady working there had the worst attitude. I asked her about the specials since I didn’t see any listed, and she said she didn’t know because she doesn’t have them memorized. Then, when I asked a question about one of the family deals, she snapped at me, saying I should just “look in the menu.”
I decided to go inside to get clarification, but she totally ignored me. She was talking on the phone about taking care of her kids and just walked off, leaving me standing there. The cook even looked at me like, “Where did she go?” I ended up having to get a manager to help me out and take my order, while the lady came back to take orders at the drive-thru like nothing happened.
I get that everyone has off days, but this lady’s attitude was seriously off-putting and could definitely turn people away. On top of that, this location never has hot sauce, which is a big letdown for a Church’s.
The manager, though, was awesome and handled everything well — just wish the other employee had the same customer service skills.

I went there today to make an order in the drive thru and ask for a water I was told I had to pay full price for the water this is insane a cup of water. Then they never have condiments there always out … The employees always have a nasty attitude I don’t understand how is the acceptable in a place of business . This restaurant needs some serious attention because whoever running it needs to be retrained.

The quality of the food is much better during the day, as well as customer service! The night shift is horrible I hate going here after a certain time. If you do decide to go you better know what you want to order because they are definitely going to rush you to place an order.

Came through the drive thru (9/18/25) around 10:45pm whoever the lady was working drive thru was outside smoking a cigarette, didn’t acknowledge me until she got done spooking her cigarette so I sat for a few minutes. First thing I told her was I had 2 separate orders Tried ordering tenders and was told they didn’t have any tenders, fine so I changed to chicken the was told it would be a 20 min wait, wanted Mac and cheese and okra she then said they didn’t have Mac and cheese. When I reminded her I had another order she got an attitude and said “oh you gon have to wait even longer now” at this point I just said forget and drove off. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

They gave me old chicken and old mashed potatoes. Literally the only edible food in my meal was the biscuit. Also horrible customer service. Will never go back again. Highly disappointed.

Lady in the window terrible attitude. Don’t allow you to ask questions. I was in a rush yesterday so I couldn’t handle it like I wanted to but chicken was also poorly cooked. Save your money or drive out to the one downtown by the Platinum.
