This place was so dis functional, And disgusting. I had ordered online and picked it up. I was highly upset because I was missing so many items with my order. I went back and told them what I was missing. I still didn’t receive what I said was missing. The chicken wasn’t even fresh or cooked long enough. The employees didn’t do enough for any of the customers satisfaction that were also there today. It’s so sad people are spending money to not get what they received. Like do better plz. I had to drive all the way back just for it not to be correct again .

Terrible biscuits: Church’s Chicken is known for doing the best honey biscuits. A month ago I went to this branch and the honey biscuits were “ok”. Today they served me dry biscuits with a drop of honey. A honey biscuit is moist, filled with honey, not dry. When done right it brings clients to buy your chicken. If you cannot make the honey biscuit right you should not be running a Church’s Chicken branch.

This is my first time trying this restaurant. I saw this restaurant on my Upside app. I first noticed a Church’ s Chicken in N. Charleston, but couldn’t try it out during our last trip. I picked up my best friend who came down from Maryland to watch the Super Bowl and for him to get away from the cold. I ordered the 3 piece chicken get the white meat. The two beasts were really good sized. I will come back when I’m near the airport.

The chicken wasn’t bad it was just blah. I think I need to get the spicy version next time. Mac-n-cheese though, this was the diamond in the whole order. Cheesy as all get out. Mashed potatoes were just a good as competitors. Spicy rice wasn’t that good but it was OK the biscuits were better than any chicken place I’ve had. Very soft and already had honey baked on the top…Staff was very friendly and I ordered about 20 minutes to close and they were still in good spirits so good place.

AWFUL! The rating ain’t low enough. I stopped here while driving through and congratulations Church’s, you beat Popeyes in slow service. Waited 25 min for 2 combos with only 3 people inside…all waiting too. The Banda/mexican music was so loud that you couldn’t hear the guy at the register. The cook in the back wore gloves but I guess it was to protect his hands and not the food because he touched every surface in there while handling the food. When I got home I was missing two items. The food quality is awful too.

Why even put the sticker on the bag, if I can put my entire arm through the side opening? The purpose of the sticker is to keep delivery people from accessing the food. This is a failure.

chicken has NO SEASONING The inside was oily it was really plain they don’t clean their floor no one was smiling or talking to the costermers the only good thing about that restaurant was that the bathroom was clean and the fries had no salt. Senserly from someone who will never go back to churchs chicken even if I was on my last life of if it was the only place on earth I would rather eat dirt.

The manager is extremely rude. Cussing and bad mouthing me and three other customers in Spanish. She didn’t like it when i translated her comments to the other customers and asked me not to return. Only one employee was very exceptional, a larger black gentleman, which I’m afraid I didn’t catch his name, but he is a credit to the brand and deserves better. He is the only reason it’s still in business, in my opinion.

I had a very mixed experience at this Church’s location. The moment I walked in, the place was filled with smoke, likely from food burning, and it was hot inside with no noticeable air circulation. The front door was propped open, and overall, the restaurant looked like it could really use a deep clean.
To make things worse, the manager’s attitude was unacceptable. When Adriana, a kind and polite team member, asked him a question to better assist me, he snapped back with, “Because you’re not a manager,” in front of everyone. His aggression felt unnecessarily hostile like it was fueled by the fact that she’s a young female, and he was trying to assert some kind of alpha authority. It was uncomfortable and frankly, unprofessional.
I almost walked out, but I stayed and made my purchase because they won’t break Adriana’s soul! word to Beyoncé. Adriana, if you’re reading this, don’t let his attitude get to you. You handled yourself with grace, and you should be the manager. Church’s, please take a serious look at the leadership in this location and give credit to the people who actually represent your brand with respect and care.

Stopped there cause I’ve been a Churches customer for many years BUT! that has changed as of today. I ordered TWO Family BOX OKRA BUT THEY WERE NOT FILLED AS IT’S ALWAYS BEEN TO THE TOP EVEN THOUGH I PAID FULL PRICE FOR EACH BOX. WHEN I ASKED ABOUT IT, I WAS GIVEN A LAME EXCUSE ABOUT THEIR MANAGER SAYING ONLY TWO LARGE PORTIONS PER FAMILY BOX. ALSO WHEN I ASKED FOR TWO MORE RANCH SAUCES The Clearwater server Said that was extra Charge. I Guess this is my LAST VISIT THERE. THEY’VE LOST MY BUSINESS WITH THE CLEARWATER STORE FOR GOOD. THAT’S MY STORY AND I’M STICKING WITH IT! The Only Good side to this Sad Experience was the New Cashier was very pleasant and doing a
