I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your establishment on 12/15/25 at approximately 6:36pm .
During my drive through experience, I encountered unprofessional behavior from your staff. Specifically, one employee was not only impatient but also exhibited extreme rudeness. Furthermore, I observed an act that raised serious concerns about food safety, as it appeared that my order had been tampered with.
I believe that such behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect the standards your establishment aims to uphold. I kindly urge you to address this matter to ensure a better experience for future customers.

Omg as long as i been coming to this particular restaurant ive always hated it until i met Ms.Angie and her sister they are the sweetest but i don’t think ms.angie there anymore, Last week i came at 6 they told me 45 minutes on chicken then they told me after 7 they don’t drop no more spicy chicken once it’s sold out like wth i never heard that before and of course nobody was respectful the big giant girl on the speaker attitude was nasty so yes i said i would never return if i don’t see angie or her sister, now today i came and omg Iesha J took my ordered repeated my order to me and didn’t give me no problem she was all smiles when i drove around to the window, PLEASE PLEASE HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES LIKE HER THAT WILL BE FULL OF GOOD ENERGY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT give IESHA J a raise

Churches Chicken I am very disappointed ☹️ with my meal… I haven’t ate church in a long time and I had a taste for it… now I wish I would have burnt rubber past yall restaurant… look at my Mac& cheese burnt and disgusting looking… then I bit into the biscuit twice to make sure my taste bugs wasn’t playing… the biscuit was half done ✔️… only thing was good was the chicken and hot pepper.. I don’t understand what is going on with these restaurants… I see now it’s just best to cook at home

Didn’t know Church’s added Texas to their name brand. The drive thru lane was super long but the walk-up window only had 3 people. It appeared that the cashier was very friendly, quick, and willing to serve up the food with a quickness; all that definitely described the cashier. This was an all male staff tonight but they were keeping the lines moving. I was able to get in and out before the last person I would have been behind in the drive thru line. The chicken came out the fryer while I was waiting. The cashier allowed me to select my pieces. Overall I would definitely be a repeat customer in this location.

Their $6 sweet deal meal was worth it. Food was good. Chicken was juicy and the apple pie was tasty. 1st time trying Church’s Chicken being as we don’t have it in Toronto.

This place is the rudest of the rude food service business we have ever been to. Not sure how they can remain in business with a staff that does not understand that the customers are the reason they have a job here. Church’s Management team, try going here to buy food for yourselves and you will understand real fast.
