I love this Church’s chicken spot so much!! People complain about some of the customer service when I’m in there, but everytime I’m there I see the same customers. This spot is overwhelmed with in store customers and doordash order and it’s amazing how they try to balance taking customers orders and fixing and abundance of pickup orders. Most peace are in a hurry and expect to be in and out. I’m an observer while in any establishment and see the situation. They may be overwhelmed with orders and may not appear friendly, but they get your orders out and you leave with your meal and it doesn’t disappoint!! It’s worth the wait

Ate here around 8pm today ordered a couple of boxes and my food was hot and good everything was properly done I had to come and leave this review because I haven’t ate at any churches chicken in a while and they got me back going lol the women in the front were str8 forward handle the orders friendly and fast even when it was a lot of ppl pack in the restaurant n my baby crying lol but overall I was highly satisfied!!!

The last few times we have went there we always get home and not what we purchased. Tonight we ordered the 16 pieces special and when we got home only 10 pieces of chicken. The last time we ordered they were very rude and when we got home we had orders 10 pieces and only got 7. I don’t know if they know how to count. Even the biscuits with the meal. Food was hot and good but service always rude. Just make sure if you order there you check your food before you leave .
