We got our food pretty quick manner but it was lacking flavor. The shrimp was pretty good but the chicken didn’t seem seasoned, the potatoes and gravy tasted weird. I don’t want to ever go back, but that’s my opinion.

Haven’t been to Chruch’s for years, and that was in California. I had high hopes of having delicious food in Georgia! The chicken was good but not great. The biscuits were great on the outside, but not much going on inside. That surprised me. The employees were amazing and the atmospher? Ah…. the interior of that shop – the smells and warmth, the happy people on all sides? – that was amazing. Maybe we’ll try another location, or come back on another day. Smiling thinking about the service. Such friendly kind people. Polite customers waiting for their dinner, all smiles and courtesy.

I love Church’s Chicken, but please pay more attention to customer service. The front server is very disrespectful and consistently has a bad attitude toward customers. I always order pickup just to avoid interacting with her, yet I still end up at least 7 min standing at the counter waiting until she feels like handing me my order.
I visit often, so she knows I’m there for pickup. One day—on her birthday, which I even remember—she refused to give me my order. The cashier had to stop the line and prepare my food because I had been waiting for a long time and it was clear she wasn’t going to do it.
Even though I love your food, I now go less often just to avoid this experience. The chicken and buscuits are delicious, but poor customer service can really ruin your appetite.

I’m a truck driver and there’s limited choices on my route… I’m explaining this so you understand why I’ve actually been back multiple times even though every single time is not great… My most recent visit started off like every other time… Where you’re waiting in line of maybe three or four people and it takes almost 20 minutes just for you to get up have your order taken… Now you may be thinking that’s a little bit of a Wait… However even though you can clearly see the food is already prepared including the containers of mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese… You will still find yourself waiting another additional 20 to 30 minutes for them to take two pieces of chicken and a side and throw it in a box… Again all of this food is already prepared… My last visit was amazing as I went to go get some soda and apparently the nozzles had not been put on the machine yet so I got to have red soda thrown all over me. I went up to the cashier and let her know what had happened and which she looked over at a young lady and asked her to go book the nozzles on mind you they’ve been open for hours at this point… I then patiently waited for the young woman to put the nozzles on and went to go fill up my soda… Come to find out she had only put the white insert piece on and not the black outer part which then caused me to have soda sprayed all over my person again… Needless to say the attitude that you receive from the workers is not amazing so I chose not to say anything about it and left 40 minutes later for food that was already prepared with soda completely covering me… So I guess if you’re in a hurry this is definitely not the place for you.

This was an average Church’s Chicken experience overall. What I really didn’t like was the wait situation—we were told it would be about an hour before spicy chicken was available. Since we were on our way to the airport, we opted for the original instead.
Unfortunately, the chicken we received was lukewarm, which was the biggest letdown. When you’re short on time, you expect at least hot, fresh food. Nothing terrible, but definitely disappointing and not what we were hoping for.

Don’t plan to come to this location in the hours that are posted. Lady inside wouldn’t even bother to come and explain why isn’t open on regular hours.
Why expend time consuming driving to this location or might be other locations from this chain just to be rejected from service. Don’t bother.

Spicy chicken took five minutes, which was fine but then when I got in the car, it smelled like poison and it had all kind of oil in the bottom of the box and it tasted like sardines. It was disgusting. The biscuit and apple pie were good though.
