The lady in the pic was the one that took our order and she was friendly, but when she came to wipe tables off and we saw her with white crocks that are filthy makes me not want to eat here anymore. There was another employee same way. No socks with them. The cole slaw was sour yuk. The chicken was fresh enough. The bathroom door for women obviously broken and stayed open almost 1/2 inch. I will not go back to this churches. They do military discounts but who cares at this point.

Cashier Bansari was very nice and polite during ordering. Food was fresh and delicious I ordered Smoke House chicken…. The flavor was bold and chicken was juicy. I would recommend and order again only down fall it was not as large as I would have liked.

Disgusting. The chicken is obviously not cleaned before cooking and they refuse to refund even when it clearly still has feathers on it. Don’t take the chance, they’ll refuse to give back your money. Look what they serve you…

I tried the 2 piece chicken combo on my lunch break. I thought it was the perfect size for lunch. The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. I thought the mashed potatoes could use a little more gravy. Loved the hot sauce and honey they included with my meal. There is a drive through and parking. I’d just watch young kids to make sure they don’t bite or swallow any small chicken bones. Decent prices for what I got.

Ate here again. This time the service is good. Chicken very hot and crispy. Biscuit gazed with honey is excellent. Chicken pieces are still puny but it’s 3 pieces plus amazing biscuit for 4.49. Such a good deal, can’t really complain.
Place odds not the cleanest.

Location is convenient just next to the outlet. Inside is small not as clean. The server is not that pleasant. Don’t order drumsticks. They are very very puny. I’ve attached a picture. The taste is good. It’s hot and it’s crispy. The biscuits are better than others’. They are glazed with honey. I would have given it a 4. Because of the server and the tiny drumstick I give a 3-star.

The staff at this Church’s Chicken are always so friendly and kind. My son loves their biscuits, and they’re always fresh when we go. One of his favorites! We really enjoy coming to this location.

I stopped going to Churches in Garden City due to the service. So when they opened up in Pooler I was excited. However the last couple of times were disappointing especially this one. As I sat in the line over 25 minutes I was welcomed with an a apology, and a free upgraded large soda which I appreciated. But to get home abd find my combo meals didn’t have my sides, okra and fries really ticked me off. I spent 27.00 and when I called the line for over 3 hrs the messages were full. I couldn’t even leave a message. Now you would say why didn’t you return, who would wants to sit another 25 minutes or more Should I have checked my meal before I left probably However I was trying so hard not to hold the line up for others I forgot. Conclusion; everyone in drive thru must verify the contents of orders before handing to customer plain and simple. The young lady was nice at drive thru, but let’s make sure customer received the full meal.

First time trying Church’s chicken. The food was good. The problem came when we didn’t get everything in our order. We don’t live in Pooler so I guess that’s our misfortune.

The chicken was cold, hard, and dry, and the cold slaw was stale and sour. I could not eat any of it. The only thing I could/would eat was the honey biscuits. I purchased food there before, and it was good. I don’t know what happened, but this was horrible! My purchase was over $30.00
