I love everything about churches, though much improvement needs to be had regarding the atmosphere (cleanliness). Aside from that, the Jalapeño poppers are so amazing. I ordered the12 pc for under $7 and shared with my side chick. If you ever in Hinesville, with your side chick, because wifey didn’t load your atm card for the week, slide on over to Churches in a hurry for a jalapeño popper pack, tell the I sent you!

I ordered the 9 piece wing, fries, with an extra biscuit. My total was $18 and some change. Paid and was handed my meal with only the wings and the one biscuit. I did tell the girl at the window and she made the corrections. She was polite about everything. My chicken was overcooked though. Dry and lacked any type of tasting. I threw it away. Then they had no ice for the drinks. Eh. Things happen I guess. I went to KFC though. Happy eating yall.

Update: there was okra at the bottom of my French fry cup. Like half fries half okra. That’s not what I ordered. Smh idk if they were being funny but this is ridiculous.

Ordered family meal: dark meat, mashed potatoes & gravy, macaroni, biscuits, and 1/2 gallon of sweet tea.
1. Out of chicken legs so got only thighs. (That’s fine)
2. Out of macaroni so I settled for rice.
3. Got home and chicken tasted like old grease.
4. There were no biscuits or mashed potatoes in my bag.
5. 1/2 gallon of tea was dated to discard on 11/17. Today is the 18th. & it was unsweet.
6. To top it off it took 30 minutes in the drive thru.
Can’t say I’m give them another chance.

Reopen Finally!!!! New management Wonderful service, FRESH GOOD CRISPY CHICKEN. Clear communication, Great prices, great customer service and very nice hard working employees. The inside is open. You might have to wait but the employees are working hard to serve everybody. Thank You For Open Back Up We The People Have Been Waiting Patiently. Keep up the good work.

I was today on the drive thru feb 9 at 5:15 pm the manager was super loud talking to the employees about something that she should have done in private with them, not for us customers to hear, she was telling them about if they eat food with out paying their employee discount they were going to get determinate. But she is not even doing her job correctly because how you going to tell me that is no biscuits when that is one of the main products that they sell and no honey so if she was doing her job correctly she would not be out of food for a fast food restaurant and especially re-open. So since she was loud to the employees I’m leaving this right here.

Food delivered to us had to be from the night before. Cold, old, dry, and just awful chicken, dirty rice was mushy and gray, and omg the biscuits were extremely hard, baked again to heat and they were dark brown. We tried to call to take it back. No one would answer. Called corporate office finally got a call from the call center, was told someone would call. That’s been over a week ago. Still no phone call. Sad but true! The staff are wonderful though.

My biggest issue is how are you going to charge for sauce and then not give the sauce to me? Second issue is the food was bland and stale. No seasoning at all on the fries or the chicken. The chicken tasted stale and old. The only thing that was good were the biscuits and even those werent great. Tasted like day old biscuits. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Place is extremely small and service is a bit slow but the food is excellent and the staff is top notch. They’re great at making good on their mistakes which are very few. The staff of employees are exceptional. Nice place to eat but really need larger parking area. The entire establishment need a larger operating space. If you’re pressed for time, you may want to call-in your order ahead.

We never go inside ,only drive through! Since the remodeling and upgrading the taste of the Chicken,.Churches is better than Popeyes!! The lines are long at times but move relatively fast. My main problem is the parking lot pavement is horrible especially the drive through .There’s a huge pot hole that can’t be avoided. This can really damage your vehicle having to drive through it while exiting the parking lot!!

I placed a pick-up order, expecting a smooth experience, but as soon as I arrived, the energy definitely shifted. My boyfriend went inside while I waited, and after about 20 minutes, I started to wonder what was taking him so long. He finally called to say they were out of everything, so I told him to cancel the order since we had already waited too long. The cashier insisted that I had to cancel it myself, which was something I had never heard of before. Frustrated, I just wanted my refund. She mentioned that neither she nor the manager knew how to process the cancellation, but I could call customer service. Why would I do that when I was already at the location? After my boyfriend went in again, he was told that I would have to contact the general manager in the morning. It’s clear that there’s a serious lack of training for the staff, and this whole refund issue is unacceptable. Once I sort this out, I will definitely avoid this location in the future. It’s shocking that they’ve just opened and are already facing so many problems. This isn’t just about one employee; it’s a management failure.
