The Best fried chicken in Augusta . Today I ordered a 2 pice white combo with 2 sides . Mashed Potatoes and Corn . The chicken was fresh and hot . I had to heave a pepper and hot sauce as well . I’m not crazy about any biscuits with honey but it was fresh and hot . I overheard a customer ask an associate a question a question and she answered him politely and professionally . The customer didn’t like the answer or didn’t understand . He ask the manager the same question and got the same answer in a polite professional manner . Could be he was just hungry and anxious to eat . I let the associates know I enjoyed the meal and the chicken was so good that I ate it to the bone Manny responded to me telling me Thank You . Not only was he polite and had a sense of humor he is a good looking young man as well . Of If I could rate Church’s Chicken on Wrightsboro Road in Augusta , Georgia with 10 stars that’s exactly the rate they would get . Honestly th best Fried Chicken in Augusta . I highly recommend Church’s on Wrghtsboro Toad .

Me and my husband went here today and when I tell u the young lady that was taking my order act like she didn’t want be at work today she reported my order back and still messed it up all the way I will never come to this location again I will keep going to peach orchard, the customer service wasn’t how it supposed to been…. Churches chicken doesn’t really have much flavor but that pepper really helps so it is a must if you are getting chicken. With that being said we all know churches chicken is on it’s last leg the food is subpar the every churches chicken I go to it looks like the building should be condemned and it was one lady in there doing all the work while the 2 young men just stood there looking dumb.

So, Church’s has amazing chicken a r biscuits anyway. At this location, not only was the food amazing, but so were the staff and the timeliness of my order! The manager, the staff and the cook were all so pleasant! I live in Harlem, but if I ever find myself on that side of augusta again, I’ll definitely stop thru!

It wasn’t a good experience, I went through the drive through and the guy didn’t understand half of what I was saying. The chicken sandwich was just a thin chicken pre-made patty. The Texas Chicken was way over cooked, it was tasteless food. Not worth the drive it took for me to get their.

Wish I could give this place a negative rating! I ordered the 5 pc chicken tenders combo! I ended up sick the next day from the food! It was the first and only thing I had eaten that day and by the next morning, My stomach was tore up for 2 days! I don’t recommend this Church’s at all!

This had to be the absolute worst Church’s I’ve EVER been to! My chicken was not hot and was very rubbery and tough; my iced tea was not cold; and my Smokehouse Chicken half was more like a Cornish hen half. Then the cashier had the audacity to ask me to fill out the survey. They better hope I don’t! I really thought Church’s Chicken had higher standards than that…
Oh, and check out the sign posted by the public restrooms that apparently aren’t… (The local health inspector might be interested in this) FYI: A critical component of restaurant design is providing restrooms for customers and employees, and for both men and women in each category. This includes the physical facilities and signage, as well as provision for handicapped or wheelchair access. I wonder who is going to take responsiblity for that sign now??

Came in for the 2pc special and an apple pie. Service was good. Food was very warm and tasted pretty good. I’d recommend this location.

Great chicken when you catch it hot!! However every time I tell them I don’t want that sweet biscuit on my chicken, they give it to me anyway. I ask them to bless the next person with my biscuits. Hats off to Georgia and her crew for the hot okra today, it was delicious.
