First and last time ordering here. Did an online order hoping it would be faster. It was not, I got to stare at my prepared food for about 7 minutes while they helped other customers. This was in the lull between lunch and dinner mind you. My fries were horrible having sat that long. The chicken sandwich had promise since it stayed hot but no one could be bothered to read. Requested no pickles yet received pickles. Is it really that hard to read and correctly make 2 items, 1 of which is just a bag of fries? There’s no excuse to mess up an online order. The customer isn’t there yet you have time but you’re just careless. Also the place looks dirty so I guess if I don’t get food poisoning it’s a win. Won’t make this mistake again.

This may not be a concern to some but it is a concern for me, especially living a good distance from the restaurant. In moderate traffic it’s 35 minutes and 45 or longer with rush hour traffic. I ordered a 16 piece of meal combo with spicy chicken. I asked before I left the store about my order and the manager confirmed. Now why is it that they gave me all original pieces of chicken! Some looked darker but they taste like original chicken. I lived entirely too far away from thst restaurant to go back there. Also, no one answers the telephone at that location so I could not even contact them while I was traveling. I tried to calling them about not putting peppers in my order. The chicken is not spicy at all and that was my whole reason for going all the way to that storeI Lastly, the biscuit lack honey.

On February 17 around 3:35 PM, I visited Church’s Texas Chicken (Store #00731 in Morrow, GA). This was my fourth time asking for spicy tenders at this location, and once again I was told they were unavailable. It’s frustrating that the item remains on the menu if it is consistently out of stock.
I politely asked for the store number and the manager’s name at the drive-thru. While I was given the store number, I was refused the manager’s name. I then went inside to ask again and was told the cashier did not speak English. I even attempted to ask in Spanish, “¿Cómo se llama el gerente?” but still did not receive the information.
I remained calm and respectful the entire time and even said, “Que pase buen día” before leaving. I simply wanted clarity and accountability. I hope this location can improve communication, professionalism, and overall customer service.

Hot, fresh, chicken, creamy sweet coleslaw, BISCUIT to die for and the BEST STRAWBERRY FANTA ON EARTH!! I went through the drive and ENJOYED MY MEAL BEFORE I GOT HOME!!! It smelled so good and delicious that it was ALL GONE BEFORE I GOT IN MY DRIVE WAY! My family was so hurt, they had to order a pizza instead. I will meet you tomorrow ok, and I PROMISE TO MAKE SURE TO ORDER ONE FOR NOW AND ONE FOR THE FAMILY.

Please believe the other reviews! This location doesn’t serve spicy chicken whatsoever even though it shows available on their menu. The original has no seasoning at all- it is simply meat. I had the chicken tenders and a 10 piece and was dismayed by the fact they’re actually charging people to eat this flavorless food. Seek out other chicken places to get worthwhile food.

It has been a few years since I last visited a Churchs and this is my first time since the name change. On this trip, i purchased the 12 piece legs and thighs (dark), biscuits, corn, green peppers, and okra. The manager on duty was very courteous and my order was processed perfectly. Imo, the crew has a sense of urgency in trying to minimize your wait time. A good vibe. The chicken was well cooked, tender, and not salty. The okra was a good portion with the crunch I like. The green peppers have the heat down to the seeds. The corn has good texture and flavor from the butter. There is a nice chewiness from the biscuits. My apologies for not getting pictures from the inside, but I took some of the food for reference. It was a good visit.

The Hispanic woman who can barely speak proper English was rude with stoic expressions when we were trying to order; dismissive of any inquiry.
She was all chummy when another Hispanic customer came in to order ; smiling and laughing. Felt pretty discriminated against.
How does this chicken place doesn’t have spicy chicken when it’s on the menu. This location needs new management and overhaul most of female upfront rude incompetent staff.

Please believe the reviews! This location will not offer spicy chicken even though its available on the menu. Also, they don’t season the chicken!! It just tastes like meat?? No Salt, pepper, nothing. Do yourself a favor and pick a different chicken house to spend your money. I am so upset- 10 pieces of flavorless chicken for nothing.

This is the worst location I have ever been too. I came in to redeem my rewards from the app. I had a card issue so I left and came back. My coupon was never use it was only redeemed while I was trying my original purchase. So I asked the lady who act like she’s In charge who originally took my order in the beginning if it can still be honored and she told me no. Not knowing that I also speak Spanish as well I heard her say oh he’s back when I walked in. They are all very rude. The so called manager was no help either. She treated me as if I was begging for food. Because when I first came in I had a wrap on my arm from donating plasma. I heard so many people being disrespected far as customer wise it was crazy. They have poor management and a staff here
