It had been a while since I last had Church’s Chicken, so when I saw the limited-time Fish Strip combo, I decided to give it a try.
I personally really enjoy their spicy dark meat. Yes, it’s a little oily — but that’s exactly what makes it so flavorful. The skin is crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. This time, it was freshly fried, and the texture was especially amazing.
The fish strips were pretty good too, especially when dipped in ranch sauce — definitely tasty and satisfying.
For sides, I went with coleslaw to balance out the richness, and mashed potatoes, which were comforting and delicious as always.
Overall, a very satisfying meal!

I’ve had enough of the Church’s Texas Chicken in Norcross. This isn’t a one-time issue—it’s a pattern of poor service, bad food, and unacceptable cleanliness.
I ordered a 12-piece family meal, clearly requesting a mix of pieces—legs, thighs, wings, and breasts. When I got home and opened the box, I found only THREE legs, and the rest were just thighs. No wings, no breasts—just dry, greasy thighs. I paid for variety, but all I got was disappointment.
And the condition of this location is appalling. The tiles inside are filthy, the bathrooms are disgusting, and the exterior of the building looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. It’s clear they don’t care about cleanliness or customer experience.
This isn’t just a one-time thing—it’s a consistent problem. Between the wrong orders, bad food, and dirty surroundings, I’m officially done with this location. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. There are much better options around that actually care about their customers and cleanliness.

Came here tonight as I do often on Tuesdays but tonight they straight played in my face! I ordered 4 of the Tuesday specials.. I got home I have 4 chicken legs in one box and 2 thighs and 2 legs in another box… where are my other two thighs?! I also got two spicy and two regular… however they didn’t package them in a way that I can distinguish between the spicy for adults or regular for children! I’ve called twice but no answer so tomorrow I’ll be going back up there smh a waste of my time

The grease tasted old and food wasn’t warm! Spent $14 and only got back 5 dollars and didn’t give me my $1. Just walked off. Biscuit was in bag with my okra! The worst $14 I’ve ever spent there. I used to go there a lot, but not anymore!

I went to church’s for the first time in Georgia on 7/8/2025 at 2:35pm through the drive through. I’m from Texas so I haven’t had church’s in 12 years so I was very excited. When I get there I proceed to attempt to order. While ordering I am continuously interrupted by the women at the window who couldn’t seem to complete my order without being rude and disrespectful. In the end I decided not to get food from here for me and my family. I hate that my daughter won’t be able to experience the church’s I did from childhood. Nor could I trust that a girl that disrespectful and rude to someone she’s never met not to spit in my food.
