12/30/25 at like 5:25pm I went to drive thru, one car was already at menu board as they went to window. I pulled up sat there about 2 minutes, no said anything,so I said hello. Cashier Jawell loudly & abruptly was now ready. I said 10 pc spicy 5 legs & 5 thighs dark deal. She said we don’t have no spicy ready. I asked can I wait she said ok told me $13.82 made payment. My question to lady did she want me to come in or just drive back around & the wait until spicy is done would be how long. She stated the chicken is coming up now, so I sat there about 3 to 5 minutes at drive-thru window. I was watching a guy with dreads just tossing that chicken around in breader he was doing a good job. I was ready to get home & enjoy my chicken . That didn’t happen because I was given 9 pieces of chickens (6 thighs & 3 legs). This message is directly to the owner, please watch the CCT camera and hold your staff accountable. I would like my order corrected with the Correct amount of chicken & right pieces. I paid for a 10 pc 5 legs & 5 thighs deal for $12.99. I do not reccomend this establishment do to their wreckless & unprofessional service.

You can never go wrong eating at Church’s. The chicken was freshly cooked. So was the okra and fries. The biscuits was soft. Not as good as my daddy’s buttermilk biscuits though(daddy’s girl). Haven’t had this chicken in a while, it GREAT!! Manager on duty was very nice.

I have never seen employees move so slow. If you want to waste your day away standing at their counter (standing room only) or burn gallons of gas from your car, by all means come here. My 92 year old grandmother walks faster.

The cashier was very rude at the drive thru. I was trying to order my food by using the app. I ask the cashier to work with me because I haven’t been there in 25 years. She was rushing me like it was a big line. The food wasn’t hot my okra was cold. Chicken wasn’t hot either. I will not come back. Service was horrible.

Would gladly rate a 0 but I’m not allowed. After driving to NC more than 8hrs, we were met with a big rig blocking the entrance, we drove around it only to be told at the window that there was at least a 45 minute wait for an 8pc of!

I stopped by here around 1:30 PM on a Wednesday afternoon. As I drove around to park, I looked at the sanitation rating on the drive-through window, and it was a 91.3.
I parked and went inside. There was 3 people in front of me. There is no seating inside, so the only option is to go. I ordered at 1:40pm. I got the Texas 2 piece feast which “INCLUDES LEG & THIGH, REG CLASSIC SIDE, HONEY-BUTTER BISCUIT, JALAPENO and LARGE DRINK” for $8.99. I got mashed potatoes as my side. I asked if I could sub the jalapeño, but I couldn’t. My drink was sweet tea. Staff was patient and friendly. I got my food almost immediately.
My tea was sweet, which was great. Sweet tea at many places isn’t southern style sweet. Since my biscuit wasn’t as soft as I wanted or expected. It was simply decent. The mashed potatoes, which I ate when I got home later on, were good. No complaints. The chicken was tasty. They did forget to give me silverware, so I had to go inside and get one. Fortunately, I was still in the parking lot.

Chicken is always good. Sometimes the sides are off. Fried okra was nasty soggy greasy but everything else was really good this time. Always seem to get the attitude from the employees – but sometimes you just gotta get you some Church’s Chicken.

The general manager was so incredibly disrespectful. Cussed me out and refused to Give me the order that was already placed. The only reason was because I pulled up to the window to ask about my doordash order rather than waiting at the speaker. He l deserves to be fired after the way he treats his customers. i was genuinely baffled. All i was tryna do was my job. He made me cancel the order. Hope his boss sees this, based on his attitude and actions i know this is probably a regular occurrence. Let this be your sign lol. it was ridiculous.

I am in town for a women’s church retreat. I had never had churches chicken before. This was horrible. We walk in we are greeted by the supposed manager. She says they’re behind give her some time. We walked in at 3pm. Two women already had been there along time for 12pc and 16pc. When I finally get up to order. I tell her I’m ordering for 5 other people who didn’t come to go. She says no problem. 15-20 mins in they ask me will we take all thighs because they have no chicken. I said no. Waited 15 more mins for chicken. The little girl who had on all black and long eye lashes. Was so worried about some boy who was late. She was rude and talking trash about every customer. She touched her phone took off her hat and went out side and no once did she wash her hands prior to making someone’s food. She told us she’d been out of corn for a while. Manager comes back we mention the corn she says we’re not out. Black shirt starts getting smart saying I ain’t tell her that we was out. She did and got very defensive. They forgot one of my dinners. When I told them. Black shirt says “are we supposed to know which one we missed” yes you are supposed to know because yall are making the food. I have never seen a store that has the nastiest attitudes. Stuff was forgotten they were rude to other customers. I left there at 3:55pm. I got back to my hotel the chicken was greasy and I asked for mac n cheese they gave me fries. Watched the little girl with a great shirt or sweater and blond hair sweep the floor. Touch doors in the back and not wash her hands and touch chicken. There wasn’t a glove in sight. One person had on an apron but everyone and there mama in the kitchen. Loud, rude, nasty attitude, unsanitary, unprofessional, needs to be shut down and trained or fired.
