If you love cold food that is terribly overpriced, this might be the place for you!
The chicken was cold, as if it had been sitting out for hours. The biscuits look good, but trust me, they aren’t. Old, cold, and expensive. Ok, it’s a tourist area, so the expensive part is expected… but look at the “chicken wrap” that we got. It’s literally one cold chicken finger wrapped in a cold tortilla with a little mayo… nothing else. No lettuce, no tomato, no taste, nothing, all for the low price of $6. I could have gone to the casino and gambled away my $22 in 10 seconds, and I would’ve felt better about that. This was just dumb.
Save your money, go literally anywhere else. This place sucks. One positive, the employees were reasonably nice. I didn’t complain at the time because I’m not someone who likes to complain… I’ll just leave a review instead.

This place is definitely not your regular Church’s Chicken! This is a tourist spot because the price of the chicken is totally outrageous. As for the food, we asked for spicy chicken and was told that white meat was not available in spicy because no one really orders spicy breast and wings! The spicy drumsticks that I received were dark in color, old, and refried. I had to ask for fresh chicken. I’m from Alabama and have been eating Church’s Chicken for well over 30 years, this ain’t it! AND….They definitely added their own seasoning to the spicy chicken, which changed the taste from what you would expect from Churchs Chicken if you are familiar with the taste.of Churchs Chicken. The chicken clearly had some type of Indian seasoning added to it, which made the chicken darker in color .I tasted the added seasoning as soon as I bit into a drumstick! I was very disappointed!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Church’s Chicken in Niagara Falls on a Monday night around 9 PM, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience!
The moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by two employees who were not only friendly but also incredibly efficient. They took the time to answer my questions about the menu and made some great recommendations. Their positive attitude really added to the welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant.
I ordered the classic chicken meal, and it did not disappoint. The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, bursting with flavor. The sides were equally delicious, especially the biscuits—they were buttery and perfectly baked.
Despite it being late in the evening, the restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which speaks volumes about the staff’s commitment to providing a great dining experience.
Overall, I highly recommend Church’s Chicken in Niagara Falls. The combination of delicious food and outstanding service from the two employees made my visit memorable. I’ll definitely be returning!

Ordered a 3 piece TENDER meal and got a 3 piece meal with legs and a thigh. Specifically ordered the tender meal because that it what I prefer and didn’t get it. The food is okay but nothing special. It smells like full on grease when you walk in. While the people are polite I wouldn’t go here again due to the fact that they got mine and my friends order wrong when there was no one else at the restaurant, it’s also a little overpriced and is not the best.

All the food are nice and fresh, chicken are crispy and delicious. It’s our first time visiting the restaurant. price is reasonable, food is good quality. The manager is friendly, helpful and professional. However some staff seem to be not as motivated and helpful when asked and can be slightly frustrating. Overall it’s a good experience

We waited over a hour for our food. Was told when we ordered 30 minutes for white meat. Told again 45 minutes later 30 minutes for white meat. After waiting over a hour I went up and asked what was going on the staff then said again 30 minutes for white meat. I said you said that at 320 it was 427. A women maybe the owner then took out receipts and fill the order with the food that came out. It’s fast food I think rhey need more help.

The service was SO SLOW. We stopped in here on the way to the falls for a quick bite to eat. It was incredibly overpriced, it took forever to get 10 whole chicken tenders…. The chicken was not good in the slightest. It was tough, rubbery, and plain gross. The biscuits were dry as a desert. The side of mashed potatoes we were given (they didn’t ask what side we wanted) were flavorless. The soda machine was wonky, the Dr. Pepper tasted disgusting and the place itself was very dirty.
Truly would have been better off taking $50 crumpling it up and throwing it right into the trash can.

I’m used to getting Church’s in Detroit. Never had these issues. This chicken tasted like it was about to be old. This location did not serve fried Okra, and we were given the wrong pieces of meat. They tried to make up for it by giving us two huge thighs that looked like turkey thighs while the other meat was normal. We didn’t realize that we were missing a biscuit until we got back home.

Visited this place last night. Get fresh and hot Mexicano Sandwich, in this sandwich was everything so perfect, good proportions for all ingredients . Team was quick and effective. Really recommend it and 100000% will come back.
