This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any Churches Chicken, ever. When I pulled up to the speaker… laughter coming through on the other end. She could barely take my order; she was laughing so hard. I will say, she was friendly at the window. Now for the chicken…it was nasty…no spice at all and not cooked all the way. It was disgustingly disappointing. Do not waste your money. The Church’s I knew is gone by poor management and poor ownership of this establishment and the one in Greenville, SC. At least the one in Greenville knows how to cook it. They may or may not be open at any given time during the day, but it’s good.

I ordered 5 legs and 5 thighs.Was told they were out of legs but legs would be ready in about 10 minutes. Offered 10 thighs.l declined waited and got my order.Got home(20 miles) and I had 4legs & 5 thighs.Chicken was excellent but staff needs to pay attention to details I will be going back but might “count my chickens” next time.

First and last time, visited on 1-4-26 at 7. Food didn’t even look edible ( so bad we just threw it away), guy at drive thru got our drink order wrong tried to see if he would fix this, he refused. Never going back, beware
