Absolute worst drive through experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. We were so excited to try Church’s Chicken for the first time since we are out of state. The drive through employee kept pushing us to hurry up with our order saying “she was on a timer and we can come inside” even though we ALREADY gave her our order.
It started with us pulling upto the menu and speaker; a car of three people and looking at the menu while we were greeted as normal through a drive through.
We did not even have 30 seconds to scan the menu until the employee scolded us when we asked for ‘just a minute,’ saying that she is “on a timer and we can’t order through the drive through and one car is behind us.”
Mind you, it’s a closed drive through so even if we followed her directions we would be STUCK in the drive through between the car ahead and the one car behind.
Absolutely rude and kept pushing us. We didn’t even get to order a drink for all of us, we didnt even get a receipt with our items to double check what we ordered, we only got the signed credit card slip receipt.
I understand being “busy”, but there was only one car behind us and we did not take ANY time to order our food. I work in the service industry and I’m appalled.
The food was fair, but the service was absolutely horrendous.
This Church’s Chicken needs employee service training because that entire interaction felt hostile.

I’ve gone to this location four different times now and every time the ladies are rude and rushing. One occasion they were out of biscuits and didn’t bother saying anything when we ordered. They gave us our food hoping we wouldn’t notice. When we came back they had an attitude. The food has been cold all four visits. I would love to see the customer service go up and attitudes go down.

Hi everyone Ok so my husband and I went car shopping and of course when I spotted Church’s Chicken we had to go…anyways this location has been by far the best Church’s to eat from!!! The cashier was friendly, she repeated our order and as we approached the window she gave us our total. She also asked if we needed plates, napkins or any condiments?! I was pleased because the other locations that we’ve visited so far hasn’t done any of theses things and we’ve always had to ask for these items…keep up the good work Church’s in Butler

Always really good food! Love the chicken sandwiches but last time I bought one, it was obviously overcooked. Half of the sandwich was hard and so much mayo I couldn’t finish it. Everything else is amazing besides the customer service.

Went twice…first time was great food and service. Second time not! The window cashier was rude and informed me “ma’am its gone be 15-20 minutes til we have any chicken” in a really snotty voice.

The food was descent, but the drive-thru lady was rude and hateful. I’m always overly nice because I know they have to deal with rude people daily, and she was still super rude. Definitely won’t go back!

Horrible! Tried the “new chicken sandwich” and it was absolutely horrible. A bucket of mayo and hard over cooked piece of chicken. When I buy food I expect to get my monies worth…I wouldn’t give 2 cents for this nasty garbage! Want a decent sandwich? Go to Hardees I wouldn’t even give 1 star but there’s no other option.

The staff was extremely rude!! I ordered 2 small mashed potatoes with my meal and when I got up to the window she said I only ordered one which wasnt a problem until I asked her to add another and she rolled her eyes at me and looked at me like I was stupid!
