For this to be a new business, service is flowing as it should, as long as my food is fresh everytime, I don’t see any reason for the negative reviews. I really appreciate them giving us SC customers one 20 minutes from home instead of me driving 40 miles. It’s worth it for me! I’m always greeted with respect and never disrespected at this location or the one in Charlotte! Change your ways my people, this isn’t Burger King, and you can’t have it your way 😉

I used to go every day and get the special… Hadn’t been in a week or so because of product… Decided to go today and boom… Chicken was not good at all. The cook had to miss a step when preparing the chicken… It tasted like over cooked fried chicken… I love CHURCHES but they have got to get it together… Sorry….

Ordered (2) 16 pieces of chicken with fixings and the order seem to be short of product asked to have it rechecked but was informed that I had all of my product.
I did not check what we received until 2:50 pm at which time I found we were missing 16 pieces of mixed chicken. Was unable to to back to the store where I bought the product until after 6:00 pm. I asked for my money for the missing chicken only and was informed that the manager could not refund my money was not offered any other options. During the conversation with the manager on duty she informed me she ws in contact with her manager and informed me that her manager also could not help me. Returned to the store the next day around 11:30 and talked with the store manger and basically was informed me that the policy was that there was no return of monies once you purchase any of Churchs products. The store manger then proceeds to berate me for taking too long in in contacting the store. I informed the manger that I tried to contact the store via a phone call which did not go through but only told me the mail box was full. This was the only phone number provided on the store web page. Once I was basically called a liar I took my receipt and left. The store manager tried to inform me that she was planning on giving me my order but by that time we both were upset. This is not the first time my order had not been filled correctly but it was made correct. This was very poor service, will not be using Churches Chicken again. Funny thing was I accidentally called Bojangles and was trying to get my order correct and they were very helpful in assisting until I realized I had the wrong company. I cannot speak for all the Church’s Chicken stores but with this type of service I do not think this store will be in business for long.

Chicken was tasteless and dry. Got the original flavor all white, family 8 piece. It was the first and last time I’ll ever order at Churches chicken.

I’ve eaten here before but it had been years! Chicken was nice and crispy and juicy; the honey biscuits were AMAZING! Fries could have been fresh and a little crisper but overall…great experience!

Best chicken around! Sides are small when you order a family size meal, the fries are smaller than you would get if you ordered a large size at any fast food. In other words a 10 piece box for feeding 6-8 people gives you enough fries for 2 french fries per person.

Everything hot, fresh and good. One of my husband’s favorites from his trucker days. Hadn’t been in a while (none near us) and drive-through associate was very patient as he ordered old favorites and learned about new offerings, such as dinner for 4 for $15.

Went through drive through, and when I went to pay for my food, the young lady at the window wasn’t wearing a mask at all!! I asked if it was a requirement to wear a mask and she politely said, “No it is not”!…I was stunned! In the times we’re living in, for safety reasons, I would think it would be required! I asked her to cancel my order. I also noticed that the young man packing the food wasn’t wearing a mask or gloves. I called the restaurant as I drove away to speak with a manager but no one answered. I sincerely hope no one will catch COVID as a result of such negligence. I’m definitely going to report this to the health department and notify corporate. Customers please beware.

Slow, after repeating order 2x, arrived home and 3 orders were wrong. Didn’t have cup holders, so had to hold drinks while driving. Have to add the window cashier was very polite and gave service with a smile.
