Food was good although my daughter had the Caesar chicken wrap and said it was dry. The rest of us were happy with our meals and drinks. Staff was friendly but not hovering. We sat outside and enjoyed the people strolling along church. Would definitely go back.

Had a burger with blue cheese and it was wonderful! Juicy, great bun and the waffle fries are the best I’ve ever had! Crunchy and seasoned great!

Great wings and a nice atmosphere. Outdoor seating was available as well. Ask the bartender about four shots and a ski. The iced tea, was a little on the not so good side. Other than that it was very good.

We ended up here as none of us felt like waiting at other places. The girl seating people was really friendly and got us a table outside. The atmosphere is great. People watching and just enjoying being outside. Our server was attentive and solid. Our drinks came super quick and I loved the beer I got. So far five stars. However, it took 45 minutes to get our food and things around had died down so wasn’t crazy busy to justify the wait. We are patient though so no big deal. The food…just ok. Nothing stood out. Overall I think four stars is fair since I can’t say we had a bad meal. It just wasn’t great or memorable. If back down in that area I would more than likely try somewhere else.

We’ve come here every time we visit Vermont and never had a bad experience. We were shocked yesterday. We waited 55 minutes for our food. Server comped other people but not us. The manager didn’t even say anything to us. There were people who sat after us, but left before us. The burger and California wrap were skimpy.

We waited at least 45 minutes for our food. No one checked in with us so we had to ask for our bill. The chicken tenders were frozen and had no flavor. The fries had no salt on them. The chicken sandwich was dry. We wasted 77 bucs eating here.

I was very happy with the visit to the historic church street marketplace and the stop at the Tavern did not disappoint. I enjoyed the patio weather and the sights. The service was friendly and fast most of the time. I did have to go in to pay as the waitress was busy eating her lunch inside even though I had requested the bill 10 minutes before, which was annoying.

Got a Burger from this place and asked for medium, it came out well done and it was burnt but the burger had cheese on top of it to hide the fact that it was burnt. Took one bite and all I could taste was charcoal and dry meat.

I wish I could give a good review because the food came quickly and the service was good, but my bun was crumbly/dry, and the veggie burger was burned and just not good at all. The side of vegetables was the best part, unfortunately.

Great atmosphere, was really great being seated outside on Church Street. Good drink selection too. However the food was embarrassing. Pictured is the $15 chicken teriyaki sandwich (fries or onion rings are an additional $3 making it $18). The super dry piece of chicken barely took up half of bun. We were in Burlington for 4 days and enjoyed every meal except this one – I’d definitely pass for food here.
