I am not from here. Was told to try the green chili sauce. Was hesitant so I got red and green on my burrito. It was good but I am fully team green chili sauce now. I wish I trusted my friends.

Don’t let the outside fool you, this place is awesome on the inside. Carry out or dine in, you won’t be disappointed. Numerous inside and outside dining options. The outside patio is gorgeous. Highly recommend the pitcher of margaritas.

Wow! Genuine New Mexico experience with a cafe vibe! Come enjoy a monstrous Club Sandwich or flavorful New Mexican food. The chairs are comfortable and the restaurant is nice and intimate. When you walk up to the front door it seems small and maybe looks closed but it’s actually huge inside. Featuring indoor and outdoor dining and also bar seating. There is a little bit of everything. Fits right into the Old Town theme with lots of historical decorations. The chicken burrito with red chili was very good. The salsa has a sweet beginning with a sharp bite right at the end. Overall, highly recommended and we will return!

We had heard good things about this place and it was busy but we may have caught them on an off day on a couple of fronts. Hubby’s Chile Relleno stuffed with seasoned pork was pretty bad: tasteless pork, too much batter coating a stemless chile (was it from a can?) and deep fried, a greasy disappointing mess. The Calabacitas side dish was fine, if a bit bland. Our server, D’Angelo was as sweet and personable as puppies, and about as focused. We had to flag him down and ask for refills on water and salsa repeatedly, and finally another server came to our rescue and brought the refills. On the positive side, the stacked Enchiladas with over-easy egg served “Christmas Style” (red and green chile) were delicious, as were the Bean Tostadas, Huevos Rancheros and Charro Beans. We will give them another try next time we’re in Albuquerque.

Super yummy authentic Mexican food. I really enjoy local restaurants, and I love them when the food is top notch. It is worth the stop and enjoy old downtown while there.

Absolutely delicious. Amazing atmosphere. Wonderful service. And the kitchen staff was on point. I enjoyed walking around Old Town this evening and stumbled onto this wonderful resturant. Definately recommend anyone in the area, or those passing by, to make a point to experience this establishment.

The service was really bad. We got their and was told half hour wait. We went and did some shopping. Come back and their a baseball team being seated before us. I asked how is that team being seated. Once we where seated it took forever to get someone to wait in us. Food was hot and good but the service needs work.

Always stop here when I go thru Albuquerque, delicious Huevos Rancheros along with the best homemade hot chocolate. They also have specialty coffees and traditional Breakfast items.

Restaurant is completely over rated. Several people recommended us to go here for lunch- and unfortunately we were completely disappointed. We ordered the chili con queso and chips- the queso was very similar to the cheese you get on your nachos at a sporting event. Once we tasted the appetizer, we did not order any more food. We also had two margaritas, one strawberry and one regular. The strawberry margarita tasted like water and tequila, while the regular margarita was watered down and tasteless. The server was super nice and did refund our money since we could not stomach drinking the margs. We also had to wait about half an hour to sit down and eat at 2pm. Overall would not recommend.

Very good! Came in with a friend for dinner. We split the Carne adovado with spinach. Super good! The sopapillas as well are a great addition. They were pretty busy, so food was a but slow to the table, but not a huge deal! Definitely worth a try if you’re in this cute little part of town!
