My wife and I celebrated our 18 yr anniversary here and it did not disappoint. I recommend getting a reservation. The atmosphere was perfect. The food was delicious and the staff was attentive. Overall would go back again. Also there was a parking garage right next door on the same side of the street. We got to the restaurant at 5pm on a Saturday and there were just a few diners. Within 30 minutes the place was packed.

BRUNCH was very good. Not crowded on a Friday morning. Server was friendly. Nothing extraordinary but nice atmosphere. We had the eggs and bacon with an English muffin and the omelette. I would definitely come back for lunch or dinner. The bar is large so it would be a good place to meet for a drink. Parking expensive in nearby garage.

My Husband & I were ecstatic…
From the welcome, to the service & food. It was inviting and felt more like a family spot and not just a restaurant. We will definitely be visiting them again.

This is a great, little bustling restaurant in the heart of Nashville. Good for a fun night out with friends or business associates. Comfortable seating for small and large parties. The Southern Salad and Whipped Ricotta were amazing starters. We loved the Gochujang Roasted Carrots; they were so yummy and full of flavor. We also really enjoyed the crab cakes and wagyu. Everything was delicious, and the service was exceptional. Visitors will love the attention to detail and the flavor journey from drinks to the delcious appetizers to the yummy entrees to the fun desserts (you must try to Sticky Toffee Trifle!). Chef Daniel is a master at his craft. He does not disappoint.

We recently hosted a private birthday celebration at Church & Union in Nashville and everything was absolutely perfect! We started at the bar area with passed appetizers and drinks, then moved into the Buffalo Room — a private, cozy, yet spacious area that was perfect for our party of 31.

The attention to detail was incredible, including the custom menus with our event logo, which added such a special touch. The service was top-notch from planning beforehand, to attentive care during the evening, and thoughtful follow-up afterward.

And the food… absolutely outstanding. Served family-style, every dish was delicious: seafood platter, fried green tomatoes, whipped ricotta, Southern salad, fried chicken, CU meatloaf, seared ahi tuna, and roasted salmon. Desserts were just as delightful.

Huge thanks to Justine for managing the event seamlessly, and to our amazing servers Alexus, Ben, and Jaxyn — your attention to detail made the evening flawless. To the chef and kitchen team, your cuisine was extraordinary. Special thanks to Caesar for guiding us through the booking process with such care.

I highly recommend Church & Union for any event — every detail exceeded expectations. Truly a magical evening for our family and friends!

Most of our food was delicious! Cornbread was bland and shrimp was a bit overcooked but everything else was great. Very nice service and enjoyable staff too.

The food was great! Got a couple of different options and all were solid. The vibe is perfect for what the restaurant offers. If you’re looking for something quieter before you start your evening or want something a little more romantic, go here!

Rowan was our server, and she was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, the service was top-notch, and the food was outstanding. She even asked me to cut into my filet right after it was served to ensure it was cooked perfectly—something I’ve noticed has been overlooked lately at other steakhouses I’ve visited for work, including Morton’s and Gibson’s in Chicago. Kudos to your staff for that extra touch of hospitality!

I highly recommend starting with the tuna tartare—it was fresh and flavorful. My filet was tender and perfectly cooked, my wife loved her salmon, and the broccoli had just the right amount of kick. We finished the night with an Americano before heading to the Artisan Cigar Bar. The manager also stopped by to check on our table, which was a great personal touch. Overall, an excellent experience all around.

This was our first visit but we’ll be back. The atmosphere, food, and service were top notch. Being a Friday night before a winter storm, it was not busy. Our server was very personable and attentive without being too present. We had the aracini which were creamy, crunchy, and flavorful. Next up, we had the special duck sliders that were incredibly tender and full of flavor. Finally, we had the lamb burger with fondue (and fries). The burger and fries were delicious but we were getting full by the time it arrived. We had a few dirty vodka martinis where were some of the best we’ve had at a bar (with olives stuffed with blue cheese). We will definitely come back!

What amazing experience at Church Union Nashville, Tennessee. This is on my must go list, when recommending places for a brunch to any of my friends or followers.
Rowan, was such a friendly server & highly recommended the shrimp & grits. She was so right. It was more than expected. It has oysters & bacon included giving the dish an amazing marriage of flavors. The mushroom omelet was also superb.
Yourv eyes will bounce around looking at the ceiling covered with quotes &excerpts from the book “The Art of War”.
You won’t regret choosing this place if your taste buds like the finer cuisine.
